Disgraceful deramping by padfoot. Stating there had been a 1.8 million sell trade. Now he is suggesting there will be 1.8 million sell trades by the end of the day. His original statement was quite simply a lie.

We haven’t seen a 1.8 million sell and as the total volume is only 1.5 million the stock exchange has not shown it.

Pad foot talking absolute rubbish the volume is 1.2 million with Buys and Sells essentially the same in volume as the number of trades reaches 60.

A rapid burst of 20+ AT trades over a 3 minute period starting a 8.54am pulled the sp down but the buy / sell information is marginally in favour of buys as volume approaches 1 million.

He reposted your post about the remaining warrants having been conducting a continuous deramping campaign by posting misleading and inaccurate nonsense regarding the warrant situation. As the remaining warrants are inconsequential to value , when he reposted your post he was using it to suggest these warrants were still an issue..
It seems we are actually both on the same page and looking forward to a rise in the sp now the 35 million warrants have been exercised by 2 institutional investors who are existing shareholders, who are most likely to hold the new shares for the rise that is surely coming.

BB2 is a moronic deramper who goes under the name goforgold on ADVFN where most people have filtered him/her for essentially posting lies. The stuff he has just posted is completely irrelevant as the remaining warrants are inconsequential in value. The important news is that 35 million of the 6.12p warrants have been exercised by 2 institutional investors who are major shareholders. JLP has £2 million extra cash in the bank in relation to the new shares that will be available to trade next week. The II’s as large shareholders are most unlikely to sell their new shares anytime soon and trash the value of their investment. Why would the II’s want to sell shares that will probably double in value over the coming months.
Ignore the deramping traders and use the filter button as appropriate .

Look at the RNS announcing the delay until March of the spud:
“ Aminex has been informed of a delay to the spud date of the forthcoming Chikumbi-1 ("CH-1") well by the operator, ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited ("APT"). Due to ongoing negotiations with the Tanzanian authorities and contractors, Aminex has been advised that the expected spud date for CH-1 has now slipped to March 2023 due to rig availability. The Company is however pleased to provide the market with an update on current operational activities:

· APT and the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation ("TPDC") are in advanced negotiations to accelerate gas production from the Ntorya gasfield. The proposal, following the successful drilling of CH-1, is to utilise the newly drilled well and the existing suspended gas producers, Ntorya-1 ("NT-1") and Ntorya-2 ("NT-2"). This is expected to lead to gas production and receipt of production revenues in early 2024, almost 12 months earlier than originally envisaged. “
The delay in the drill is not the most important factor here, it’s the production of gas and receipt of production REVENUE 12 months sooner than originally envisaged.

If we close at 27p we will equal the 52 week closing high set in early December. The intra day high set at the same time was 29.5p. Looking very positive to set some new highs as we await news.

Up 3.9% to 27p on volume of 245000. The buys are now at 27.4p so it looks to be going higher.

On 17th January 2022 an RNS gave an update from Satoshipay. I wonder if they will issue another one this week?

Seingred is a serial deramping trader. Agenda driven opinion that is so transparent. If you are a shareholder and buying more at the moment why would you deramp about the sanctions. The sanctions fall has been recovered by Calibre and others precisely because it is not an issue. Sleepy Joe is too busy looking for documents in his garage to bother about anything else and the sanctions at that time were blatantly electioneering. No more elections for 2 years.
Best to filter those who speak with a forked tongue.

Persimmon have put out their report this morning which is on balance more optimistic than Barratt, with fewer sales being a short term issue with the longer term still bright. The market liked what Persimmon said and is currently up 9%. Barratt has clearly benefited from the rise at Persimmon.

There is no need for the horses to be frightened but do realise some people may be if they don’t understand the process. It’s worth noting that if the warrants that expire soon are all exercised JLP will have an additional £2.19 million cash in its account so there is a benefit. One would imagine these warrants are held mainly by large institutional shareholders who will not want to damage the share price. They will act responsibly and it appears Leon has the management of the process well in hand.

Encouraging to see the largest buy of the day this morning 200000 at 16.72p. £33000 worth of confidence accounting for almost 25% of the volume so far. If the Roadshow which ends today is a success we will hopefully be seeing more large purchases in the coming weeks as Institutional Investors in Europe and North America start to take positions.

Gold hit 1894 today a seven month high. It appears as predicted by several commentators that gold has begun an uptrend towards 2000 and beyond. This should be proving very helpful in the sale of Condors assets making it highly likely when the gold is actually mined it will be with Gold above 2000 per oz.
Meanwhile CNR is very quiet with just 3 trades today so far for a volume of 24000 as we await an update on the progress of the sale.

The next warrants expire on 19th January and I believe there are 35.8 million that have not yet been exercised. The warrants cost 6.12p to exercise putting them well in the money, so you would expect them to be exercised. When warrants are exercised the company has to issue an RNS and have the new shares listed so by a week today we should be informed how May of those warrants have been exercised. The remaining warrants with later expiry dates are much smaller numbers compared to 35.8 million warrants and will not affect the sp.

The Global attitude to coal mining has changed as demonstrated by an article in The Times Business section today:

So one of the largest global banks continues to fund a huge coal mine expansion which has been permitted by the German Government. When countries like Germany recognise the need to dig their own coal despite all the pledges they have made at the Climate Change Summits, there is clearly no reason why Bangladesh shouldn’t do the same. If Hasina continues with her Economic suicide by not permitting Phulbari, she should realise she is also committing Political suicide as evidenced by the continuing protests as per Searchers post below.

Currently Up 10.3% and Number 14 on the Leaderboard with volume approaching 1 million. Let’s see if we can maintain this rise or build on as the afternoon progresses. Perhaps the Roadshow is sparking some interest!

It was incredibly bad luck for Condor that the Sleepy Joe electioneering sanctions coincided almost to the day with the BFS that should have moved us higher. It wasn’t foreseeable and nothing CNR could do about it. Clearly as the other gold companies in Nicaragua have shrugged off the sanctions which weren’t aimed at them anyway, the same should now apply to CNR. CNR should move back towards its pre sanctions sp as we await an update on the sp.
I agree with the view that Jim and Mark wouldn’t have gone down the asset sale route unless they were confident of a good outcome. I think Jim is very confident of a good outcome and seized an opportunity to increase his shareholding at a very low price. He used the CLN to set a low price for the fund raising which I think was too low and being greedy. It could have been at 20p or higher avoiding the need to mess with the share capital and bring the sp down to 15p. Jim is never one to miss a trick that’s to his advantage but he has been the main supporter of the company for many years and has provide most of that at much higher prices. We were all afforded the opportunity to buy at 15p to avoid dilution so if a good sale price is achieved the shareholders will not be disadvantaged. It’s just annoying that when other shareholders took up the 15p offer we didn’t the 2.5 x warrants that Jim got when he converted the CLN.
Let’s hope for an update very soon and that the share price starts to recover in anticipation.
