Saxondale, you can have issue with the boards communication and still believe in the endgame. Suggesting shareholders sell up,or shut up is a hugely immature and arrogant response by yourself. It is none of your business how other shareholders respond to how this is playing out. I'd say you were best served to keep your nose out.

Its a difficult one re. Boris. He lies through his teeth over and over again, is corrupt and coated in Teflon by the looks of it. On the face of it he should go with his head hanging in shame, but can you trust any of his party to run the country? In the longer term Labour are unelectable, Starmer is the limpest lettuce of all. There's a quote by Denis Healey saying debating with Geoffrey Howe was like being savaged by a dead sheep. Next to Starmer, Howe would look like he had the charisma of Winston Churchill. Jonmo, I didn't clock that when I scanned/ read the RNS. Well that is an absolute turn up for the books. Numerous s/holders have contacted Keith over the last couple of years and got diddly. Could it be that everything is now agreed and nda's about to be relaxed/ deal announced?

I can categorically tell you 6ssk that the board haven't disclosed their dividend policy as a result of correspondence you have had with them.

I can't see the reasoning behind the board releasing dividend policy as a result of shareholder or large investor request. This is a board that regularly leaves us dangling with shortly. I'm no opinion, we ARE very near to the endgame, whether that's just the RNS to say sale agreed and at what price, or the documentation to vote the deal being in preparation. My hunch is that sometime in February at the latest we will at least know what the dividend will be, but God only knows how long it will take to land in our accounts.

For all the fawning over the board and the company they're building, I would personally give them a minimal mark out of 10 for their support of the SP and communication with shareholders. This has been a shorters and traders dream because of them. Its not that I'm not positive on the final outcome, nothing could be further from the truth, I expect a lifechanging result, but I'm not in the camp that the board have been perfect in all respects.

Mad you brought that date up. My partners aunt passed away on the 17th Feb a couple of years ago. Her daughter called my mother in law today to say she dreamt her mum told her that we'd have something happy to remember Feb for this year. Make of that what you will.
