DECISION:

Turkish Petroleum Inc. After examining the documents of the General Directorate regarding the extension of time and determining its compliance with the provisions of the Turkish Petroleum Law No. 6491 and the Turkish Petroleum Law Implementation Regulation in terms of form and essential conditions, AR/TPO/K/M48-c3, in order to determine the hydrocarbon potential of the region and bring it into the country's economy. It has been decided to extend the duration of the oil exploration license with sheet number for two years, from 08.02.2023 to 08.02.2025, in accordance with the seventh paragraph of Article 6 of the Turkish Petroleum Law No. 6491.
