35-40 minutes to actually fill a tanker but you also have all the admin and test results to deal with. Ball park figure is anything under an hour. Just check in and outs at HH.

Where I live in the country they are at school for 8am and finish at 3pm. No traffic goes through Brockham and the school is off Middle Lane.

9. All Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) entering or leaving the site shall follow the route described in Appendix 6 of the submitted Planning Statement dated February 2018. For the avoidance of doubt, all HGVs travelling to and from the site shall only turn left-in and right-out of the site.

National road limit is 44 tonnes but does depend on number of axles.
Brockham is 6 HGV per day during testing (tankers). Other limits do apply during set up etc.
You would need to check what local road limits are. That is why they put up signs saying 10t etc.
