He's probably trying to work out how to put a spin on the fact that they need to produce an Environmental Impact Assessment. They have kept the Scoping Report reply on the QT which is why I sold my UKOG shares this morning. Good thing is we can see what hoops they will need to jump through to get a planning application for production through SCC.

If you can't work out that it should be flowing naturally that is your problem not mine.

The Alba presentation was created/modified at 09 51 06 today and has them still testing KL-3. The number of tankers is increasing so looks like they may be sorting out the problem with natural flow.

When they tested the Portland and it could flow under natural pressure they locked the pump in the up stroke and used the choke to control the flow.
It will have been on the pump for 10 days this afternoon and from all accounts the pump has been nearly flat out the whole time.
The number of tankers is not important imo.
It would be nice to know what they are actually doing instead of rumour control taking over.

For production they still need to start the paperwork process again from the landowner, EA and MPA. They haven't even put in the paperwork for the FDP as they haven't got the updated CPR for the Portland yet let alone the reply to the scoping request. Throw in the possibility of having to submit an EIA..............
And yet it has taken 4 years to get this far and are behind schedule.

Here are the requirements for the Retention Areas Agreed (Updated 9 July 2018) 2014 Model Clauses as published by the OGA.

Subject to additional permissions as the only ones they have from SCC are for drilling and testing for 3 years. Surely you did your research before you bought.

BB and Lidsey were drilled by the same drillers. Just goes to show your lack of knowledge or are you just trolling?

Brockham sidetrack was drilled by a very competent company and if you believe all you read more fool you..

It doesn't say anything about production in the planning application. Just drilling and more testing.

Perhaps you should read the scoping document. 26 weeks is a long time and it is 4 wells to be drilled, No sense investing in something that far away imo.
Until scoping request has been answered it is all up in the air anyway.

I make that 2 years of work without the "it’s just a matter of paperwork".

HHDL will have wasted up to £1.5m in gas sales during the EWT imo. I think the fact that they have scoped for 4 gas to wire generators means means that they don't expect a gas shortfall. With Brockham being only 4.5 miles away do you really think there will be a shortfall? It won't take much to get extra generators on site if needed.

186,000 cu ft per day is more than a few thousand for HH and that was just KL-3.

IMO if Brockham and HH produce the same amount of oil per day Angus will rise 15 bags compared to UKOG 1 bag due to the number of shares in issue.
I guess willowpillow has 15 times more shares in UKOG than he has in Angus.

178. Regarding the exploration and appraisal of the BRX4Z side-track, the combined
production operations, based on those approved under planning permission ref:
MO06/1294 as well as this proposal, will result in no more than 24 HGV movements on
any day. Further information submitted by the applicant in June 2018 confirmed that of
these, around 12 HGV movements will be associated with this proposal which includes the
export of oil by road tanker. This is a worst case scenario as the applicant states that it is
likely that the daily number will be significantly lower. It is noted that HGV movements to
and from the site are authorised to take place 8.5 hours per day Mondays to Fridays and 5
hours per day on Saturdays. This indicates that the proposal would result in an average of
no more than 1.5 HGV movements per hour, or an average of 3 movements per hour
cumulatively when combined with the existing permitted operations at the site. These
numbers of HGV movements are again not considered to be significant in transportation
terms.

And if you look at the planning application and pictures from the site you will see it is the new CCTV pole.
