Impressive. Public consultation end date was July and August for the respective planning applications for Dunsfold.

Over 1000 public comments plus was the reason HH was pushed back.

It does help if you DYOR. Postponed for 3rd time. Originally set up for August 2019. The decision was postponed until September and then October. It is now November 2019 and imo no further delays.

Highways & Access
8. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted a revised and updated Transport and Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority, to include details of:
(a) evidence to demonstrate that large HGV movements will no longer be required to swing out into the opposite carriageway to access the site and care to be taken in connection to vulnerable road users on Horse Hill, and that this arrangement will be managed and maintained for the duration of works. To include details on how the improved gate management protocol is being introduced, to manage the arrival of HGVs over each phase of development works;
(b) programme of works for each phase of development, to include the identified peak HGV vehicle movements;
(c) measures for traffic management by phase at the access on Horse Hill and at the Horse Hill/A217 junction, taking into account the number and size of the HGVs (see part a);
(d) provision of boundary hoarding behind any visibility zones, subject to any amendments that may be required to the access in preventing swing out movements;
(e) HGV deliveries and hours of operation;
(f) inclusion of vehicle routing to reflect those previously agreed, this information should also include any layby/waiting locations for vehicles on route to the site;
(g) measures to prevent the deposit of materials on the highway;
(h) before, during and after construction condition surveys of the highway between the site and the A217 and a commitment to fund the repair of any damage; caused by the development (timings of these surveys can be agreed with SCC, but must reflect the 25 year operation now being sought);
(i) in the event that protestors delay HGVs accessing the site, contingency measures to prevent vehicles queuing back from Horse Hill onto the A217 and to maintain access for local residents and businesses.
For avoidance of doubt this should be a standalone and separate document that can be easily referenced and updated as required. Only the approved details shall be implemented during the duration of the development.

So far none have been submitted. Fact. Not negativity.

You really must rein yourself in with your predictions. Giving false hope to innocent PI's is very misleading. Your predictions for November are way off. The site is operating under the SCC Ref 2016 0189 planning application. The SCC Ref 2018 0152 planing approval will not kick in until the 5 conditions have been met. These include Highways & Access, Noise, Lighting, Contamination and Surface water management.
The production for HH-1 and HH-2Z will be limited by separate EWT permissions by the OGA until such time as they issue the third stage of the Production Licence. These will be known by the company as agreed with the OGA.
I suggest you look in the mirror before calling others troll. You just seem to try and start an argument with every post you make. It is very FOTH like.

I would discount Piggybacking as 15km has already been replaced and that includes the Fawley to near Wichester section. No sane person would put crude oil through a product pipeline. The cost of disposing of any waste from cleaning alone would be exorbitant let alone the process of doing it.

So when it says " the well will drill ahead to just over 2300 ft, be electric logged and then plugged back to the "kick-off" point, delineating the start of the horizontal section. Drilling of HH-2z's circa 1000m horizontal trajectory will follow directly afterwards.", and 2300 ft is only just past the last coring point, I expect them to start drilling HH-2Z sometime next week.

Until they apply and get FDP approval they cannot move into the Third Term. They would need a FDP for the Portland and the Kimmeridge layers and imagine they have applied for them already if they want to get approval this year. SS has said he has been in discussion with the OGA.
