If they had carried out Magellans original intention from 2013 we wouldn't be sitting here waiting to get a production licence for stage 3. Magellan intended to go straight into production if oil from HH-1 proved to be commercial if you look at the original planning documents. Unfortunately "Operatorship" and the majority shareholding passed to Angus Energy and the rest is history.

No formal Horse Hill FDP submission has yet been made to OGA.

3. Have limits been set for oil production from HH-1 and are they under EWT or
Production conditions.
Horse Hill 1 does not have any consent for oil production. The well does have
consent to flow oil up to 14500 tonnes during EWT.

SS did the Technical Appraisal for HH and did not join the Board until about 3 months after TD. Tidswell was Angus Energy/HHDL and left in 2016.

Amazing how a simple "Things are happening at HH." can upset so many people. No one is worried that the drill is not turning so the "well may collapse" as many pointed out last week. I get the impression that some on here just want an argument.
