Forget pennies we will be looking at£££ ..TH2. Happened to Gkp. , Rockhopper etc... the Turkey size assets alone are "Mind Boggling" In par with Iraq.. Unbelievable what Ukog and Partners have." VERY EXCITING TIMES AHEAD".

They will be drilling 24/7 in 2 or 3 shifts a day. What you see is what you get. They will be on site till TD. Not sure how anyone from UK will get to Turkey. Isn't it on the red list?

Reporting them and filing them at Companies House are two completely different evolutions. There will be a flag at UKOG reminding them to get them in before the 30th or at least I hope there is otherwise KM is not doing his job.

I haven't discounted it at all. I'm pretty sure it is coming. It is just a matter of when. The SP would suggest it imo.

It does say "net" twice in the RNS.

"UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that the Company has committed to put in place an annual MAR compliant Defined Director Share Purchase Programme ("DDSPP") in which a director commits to purchase UKOG ordinary shares each month equivalent in value to a fixed percentage of their net monthly salary. In line with other such schemes, the director's commitment is envisaged to be in the range of 5-10% of net salary, dependent upon individual circumstance."

You really have to question the judgement of some. Why buy now when it is nearly certain a placing is due and open to shareholders with a probable discount? Now that is a no brainer to me. Obviously not to others.
