Can I recommend a career in the FO.

If you compare the UK with Turkey.
Over 50 "fields" are in the UK within the same area that we are looking at in Turkey. Only 7 of those fields are producing in the UK compared to 1 in Turkey from 7 "fields". None of these producing fields has a good production rate imo.

I really must buy a new PC. This old XP one is about to give up the ghost.

No. I made them up!! Of course they were from the OGA but they had entered the 2020 data for August. Don't you read the posts or do you just put your own spin on what others have said?

On the OGA site you click on the green spot for the well and the data comes up with the latest month. I did that yesterday and posted the results. I refreshed to page and did it again and the Julyn data came up. I went back and checked previous months data and realised some one had made a mistake.

It is still showing July 2021. Guess they gave up and knocked off yesterday after they had reset it.

Looks like they entered the August 2020 data.

You might want to ignore that last post as the OGA have taken the data down for August.

Is 50m south of these co-ordinates. TPAO obviously thought there was no oil here as gave up the licence.

You can see the pump at the far left by the caravan below the blue container. That was taken in February. I have found the same pump in a picture taken in April by himself.

At the time I identified it as a possible old "NOV" model and one of it's uses was injection. At the time I just couldn't see what else they would have used it for. It has just been sat in various places around the field since then. Can't remember the last time I spotted it in a picture though. The one shown on twitter was the original shot taken from a video on the 11th.

How can you credit/discredit outstanding news items you don't know the outcome of? Isn't that Adrians job depending on which way he is swinging at the time? I hear here he is posing posting pictures of a pump that was delivered to the site last June in an effort to drum up support given the lack of any other news.

It is a case of tick tock for some licences although the OGA have been very good at giving extensions when applied for. They just need to keep on top of when they run out.

The respective RA programme deadlines are now as follows:

· PEDL137: commence drilling a Kimmeridge appraisal well by 30 September 2022.

· PEDL246: commence drilling a Kimmeridge exploration well by 30 June 2025.

Loxley

Loxley-1 drilling must now commence before 31st December 2023

They have the whole area to pick a site and chose the direction of drilling. Are you telling me they chose the most difficult formations to drill just to justify the cost? Get real. Even allowing for £1.1m for the seismic the overcharge seems rather excessive to me.
