The only question is is where is all this onshore oil and gas going to come from? UKOG have failed to find it in the last 9 years so their track record is terrible.
Dunsfold is just an extension of Godley bridge which even iGas have refused to put into production. They even dropped plans to drill 1 mile from Loxley.
HH is sat their waiting for "what" to happen.

I'm not sure ells understands what NSIP's actually are and how they work. £100k is hardly going to affect the price of bread in a £7m pound project. Schemes are similar in scale to the to the Southampton-London pipeline and involve the local CC's.
