Resolution 1 - Receiving and Considering the Accounts
This is an ordinary resolution to receive and consider the financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30 September 2022 together with the report of the Directors and the report of the auditors thereon.
Resolution 2 – Re-Appointment of Director
The Board recommends the re-appointment of Kiran Morzaria. Mr Morzaria, being eligible, offers himself for appointment.
Mr Morzaria holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Geology) from the Camborne School of Mines and an MBA (Finance) from CASS Business School. He has extensive experience in the mineral resource industry working in both operational and management roles. Mr Morzaria spent the first four years of his career in exploration, mining and civil engineering. He then obtained his MBA and served as the
Finance Director of Vatukoula Gold Mines plc for 10 years. He is a non-executive director of European Metal Holdings Limited and the Chief Executive Officer for Cadence Minerals plc.
Resolution 3 – Re-Appointment of Director
The Board recommends the appointment of Allen D Howard. Mr Howard, being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
Mr Howard is Senior Vice President of Houston-based Premier Oilfield Laboratories, having previously been Chief Commercial Officer of well analysis experts Nutech. Mr Howard also held senior positions with Schlumberger. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Mays Business School in Texas.
Resolution 4 – Reappointment of Auditors
This Resolution seeks to authorise the re-appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.
Resolution 5 – Directors’ Authority to Allot Shares
This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with authority to allot and issue shares and grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £843,855. This Resolution replaces any existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
Resolution 6 – Disapplication of Pre-emption Rights
Resolution 6 proposes to dis-apply the statutory rights of pre-emption in respect of the allotment of equity securities for cash under Section 561(1) of the Act. This is a special resolution authorising the Directors to issue equity securities as continuing authority up to an aggregate nominal amount of £843,855 for cash on a non pre-emptive basis pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution 5 above.

Only a magician would be able to find oil from the logs below 600m as they didn't drill past that depth. They obviously did not find oil between the 1st casing point and 600m or we would have heard about it.
They haven't found producible oil in the Resan/Basur licence are before.
I bet no one can name a well in Turkey that is producing oil above 300m.

As if I didn't read the Annual Accounts. I am more than aware of the state of UKOG. The DoD article is a well researched precis of HH. Ignore at your peril, others may learn something from it and have the brains to make their own decisions.

Who cares. Must really get up your noses about all the Planning Applications going through for Loxley that most of you denied. Think I'll take the moral high ground on that one. My % for being right is above 90% so who cares what you all think.

Analysis of the accounts suggests HH-1, once described as a possible world-class potential resource with “North Sea-like oil rates”, has been impaired by more than £13m since 2020, when it began formal production.

DrillOrDrop twice invited UKOG to comment on the apparent changing fortunes of the well. We also asked the company to confirm that the figures were accurate. UKOG did not respond."

To call that "oil" is being generous and misleading. You will notice that the sample in the tweet was from that at a greater depth which is also misleading.

What is your view on the lack of comment by UKOG on what they did or didn't find below the 1st casing point?
How much reliance would you put on a bad smell coming from a well? I can certainly smell it on here.

You could say the same for every onshore O&G company apart from Perenco. They are all small.

The Gatwick Gusher oil well, once said to be of national significance, has been downgraded in value for the third time by its owner.

UKOG haven't replied to my email I sent about questions and whether they are going to broadcast the meeting. After all, how could it be any worse than last year. imo it just goes to show the disregard they have for PI's.

It is one thing perforating 30m in to a 9?" casing into the Claystone/shale and another perforating an unknown length in to a 7" casing into the limestone. Horses for courses.
