Hi Pennies, I ran this through two AI models yesterday including creating an AI roadmap for peace in 2026. I need to get out more! Here is the opening paragraph: Based on a synthesis of expert analyses, polling data, market predictions, and recent developments from diverse sources (including Western, Russian, and Ukrainian perspectives to account for biases), the probability of a formal peace declaration or durable ceasefire in 2026 is low to moderate, roughly 30-50%. This assessment assumes "peace" means a negotiated settlement or armistice that halts major hostilities, rather than a complete resolution of all issues (e.g., full territorial restoration or regime change).

I have read about the "10th meeting" for peace and we're not at the Trump/Zelensky/Putin level yet. First tranche bought here on 1st August 2016 - 10 years ago - so I can wait but FFS I'm 57 now....

Hi, Surely the underlying conservative value is £0.20+? I cannot believe that I have been here for almost 10 years now. The amount of conversations I've had with my wife about this share, background, suspension, dividend gossip, "the buyer RNS" and the 2019 rise to £0.42. Remember the red dot game and we were all hitting refresh at 07.00, Ian's SP guessing game, Tonyshu and their £3.59 estimate, the shipmates, banter, those who sadly no longer with us and we all bought ther same amount of shares out of respect, now the war and 4 years on hold.... I've learned the best and the the worst about human nature on this BB, so EUA is mroe than just a share. And when this is over at the party in York, I'll have nothing to talk to my wife about :-)

Hi All, The Oak Securities has a combined value for MT and NKT of $819m or £607m, proceeds from warrants £8m so a value of £615m / 3.1bn shares = 19.74p. How do we get from that to the £billions suggested by many on this BB? CS said it was worth 300 X WK so I'm scratching my head as to how we can add value in 2026/27. Anyone care to help? George1987?

Hi Rory, I think a discount is applied as we are exporting 5.5% spodumene, but happy to be corrected. If we're paid 95% at the port, let's hope Hainan get get those funds to us ASAP to boost the cash position and of course the SP.

Hi, Assuming the initial 30KT is shipped as per the AGM, allowing for price fluctuations and a discount for spodumene 5.5% should be about $22m? Is that paid at 95% at the port? No idea as to the cost of shipment for that many trucks over that distance. Bernard said delivery timeline towards the end of October before they start the logistics of export. The SP is painful at the moment and at the AGM he also shared his frustration. They will be positive news very soon so GLA.

Hi Seasick, Many ohave been underwater for a long time, and it’s hard not to feel let down after repeated delays and promises. That said, I think it’s important to remember a few positives:

The assets are still there. The metals in the ground haven’t disappeared, and despite the geopolitical headwinds, they remain strategically significant.

Peace talks are ongoing. Any progress on that front could help ease the wider situation and open up new opportunities.

WK is still active. The fact there’s positive operational news from West Kytlim shows the company hasn’t gone completely dormant.

MT has huge potential. We’re still awaiting the DFS at Monchetundra with NKT involved, and if that comes good, it could be transformational.

I’m not blind to the lack of delivery to date, but I’m choosing to keep perspective: assets in the ground + progress in the background = at least some hope for a better outcome down the line.

Hi Dave, good to hear from you and welcome back. I remember you from the earlier days and you're right, this SP can move very quickly and sometimes on no real news. The stars seems to be aligning once again and I would argue that there is significantly more upside than downside from here.

Hi FJH, We have all seen the satellite images of the site with timestamp comaprisions and it's clear that this groundwork has been going on for a long time. I might have heard wrong, but the stockpiles can be sold at a future date and seem to be rising in value too? Replacement funding agreements in place are more favourable too. Maybe the stockpiles are for the new buyer - who knows - but the significant increase in activity is a huge positive which will result in more valuable assets and will demonstrate that WK is viable.

Hi BFD, I am scratching my head over the AIX listing. I understand the initial excitement and the current disappointment. The AIX is a low volume exchange so unlikely to boost the SP to new giddy heights. Therefore, what WAS the reason? CS said on the webinar that he had been specifically asked for this outcome by "investors" - so where are they? I've been here too long already and with another false start (for now) I'm hoping for positive news with the peace talks and the Trump 50 day deadline before tariffs. Enjoy the weekend.

Hi Chelsea and E1EO1, thank you for the reminder of the value of the reserves. It will be intersesting to see how much the DFS is for the combined NYUD area. It could be significant. So we could be looking at 10% of reserves - or about £1.5bn to £2bn valuation?

Hi Del, I complete understand the caution due to repeated missed deadlines. I suppose we'll know on Monday if the AR is published along with a separate RNS for the AIX listing. I have to admit, it does "feel" like change is coming but can it be as soon as Monday after waiting since the SMO? It's hard to allow myself to believe, but put me in the positive camp for now. I can't bring myself to say it, but can someone else say the usual about "being out" and "weekend".

Hi EIE01 and Roger, Putin will need to save face and have a story to sell to the Russians to justify the death, carnage and economic suffering. Both leaders need a way out of this mess or there will be a stalemate and a DMZ (like Korea). Russia are dragging this out and there are no significant gains on either side and Trump also needs a victory. This time feels more important with more countries helping to achieve peace, but we all know about Devil's and details. Stop the killing, agree to a lasting peace, lift sanctions and sell the assets. For £0.50!

1. Astana should significantly increase liquidity and this was at the behest of Asian investors.

2. Annual report will show the valaution of the concentrate and I wouldn't be surprised if this increased to help pay for the amended DFS

3. $5m concentrate coudl be sold if the money stays within Russia?

4. WK this could be mined as CS said previously that they "discovered" more concentrate as part of the "care and maintenance" operation :-) Again, this could be sued to pay for some operational costs and the DFS.

5. NKT JORC I expect thsi to be included in the updated DFS so we may not get to see this for some time but CS said that MT and NKT would be part of a larger DFS forming a larger sale?

6. MT DFS was not made available due to NDA consideratiosn but that's an own goal as this si critical to assess where the SP should be. I can't see the revised DFS avaialble this year?

7. NYUD I thought this had expired and I have not read that it is on hold or could be resurrected. I can't remember if this was mentioned in the most recent webinar with LSE.

8. VAT credits these were mentioned in the Sanderson RNS but I would like to see clarification

9. Queeld CS stated they they are agnostic about this and they are at arms length as they are not affected?

10. 26p warrants - i would love to think that the II were still on board and did not forward sell their shares. Does CS think that £0.26 is possible again in the near term hence keeping them alive?

11. Sanderson This has been cleared as well as a considerable overhang. I would expect that salaries have resumed but I have not heard that as yet. Did CS mention in their webinar that there was still a hold on salaries? if theya re being paid again, how long to receive their back pay?

12. Japan I think that the office has been closed from the LSE webinar?

Hi OK, agreed. I am waiting for the sale too and I bought more last month. I watched both webinars and it was worth seeing the MT and NYK area as well as the other licence areas too and previous valuations. I think he said that they were doing some mining at WK to pay for the amended and increased DFS but I didn't hear when that may be released? If CS is right and the Astana market is successful - along with a ceasefire - could we finally see the true valaution returned to the SH? Steady as she goes.

Hi, I understand the feelings of optimisim for the war to start to look like it could be coming to an end. There will be relief around the world. As for EUA, I would prefer to see gradual - and sustainable - rises over the coming weeks/months as negotiations become more real. In any deal both sides need to feel some pain, so they will both need to cede something for the greater good. EUA can move upwards very quickly as we know and I am sure that £0.10 is achieveable on a peace agreement. The rest will be for CS and the Board as once there are no geopolitics to hide behind they finally need to deliver.
