Hi Del, thank you for taking the time to compile the various questions for the AGM and putting the BOD's feet to the fire. They have supported the SP for the moment and added some detail as to the sale process, credible party, concentrate, sanctions and potential timelines. Hopefully that will allay some fears as we look towards the end of the year for clarity on the sale. Time to deliver for the shareholders as the sand flows slowly from the glass.

Hi All, I would hope that Del's questions see the light of day and they get answered where appropriate to do so. A poster mentioned that the BOD have suffered huge ££ fall in value and I hope that this is a overarching driver to sell the assets or at the very least underpin the SP. I would hope that the BOD can offer some positive news to allay some fears on this BB. An SP of £0.035 at COP??

Hi Hector, Totally agree. I understand that this is a very frustrating time, confirmed by the BOD too, so we have few options except to be patient. Yes, investors are underwater. Yes, there are factors outside our control. Yes, there is unlikely to be a major SP uplift until there is a ceasefire. What is in our control is how we react to the news and importantly to each other.

The holding RNS gave some positive snippets and allayed some fears, but the wait continues until the next DFS news.

Hi All, I would suggest that the next RNS will be the update from the DFS, unless there are addiitonal technical queries raised. I am happy to wait a little longer so see if the Board can finally deliver.

Hi Stonk, agreed. Just frustrated that we seem to waiting to the last minute with most communications (suspension comes to mind) leaving SH to try to find the information themselves. There was a post recently to confirm that the licences were acquired. I checked the site and it looked legit. Aslawyas, we wait.

Hi Mac, is it likely that there will be a six month extension as with the options? My feeling is if there was positive news, they would want to shout it form the rooftops?

Hi Wand, a pension is where you invest £100 per month until age 55, where you then withdraw it all and buy a new kitchen, a small house extension and possibly a long weekend cruise. Other explanations are available :-)

Hi CL, it does prove that there are lot of investors watching EUA and who are willing to buy on a rumour - how many buys and shares were traded on the way up? The business case remains strong and a lot of important news due in Q1 - not least the DFS assessment. It may have been a false dawn this time, but there is a lot of money on the sidelines to be out to work. Still holding.

HI All, whether the NYUD licence is true or not, the SP is a coiled spring and can jump 30%+ on the mere hint of positive news. I hope there is an RNS as there is a lot of news due (del29).

Morning All, Now that the DFS has finally been submitted, from experience how long do we think it will take before the details are revealed? Should we be expecting the end of Q1?

I can read the frustration over the weekend, but DS is still holding, the RNS state despite being blown off track by the Russian invasion, the deal remains the main focus of the BOD and the interested party is still at the table. The Sinosteel deal can still be trigered but the key objective is the sale of the assets. There is a Plan A and a Plan B in place, money is being generated and the draglines are in place for the coming season.

I remain frustrated, but overall positive. I have been invested since 2016 - long enough - but happy to wait further.

Thank you for all the positive contibutions during 2022 which has eased the frustraton of the long wait. Some have sadly left us and I raise a glass to them and to their families. Hi Ragsrob, ACF had it at about £7bn for everything including new licences and additional assets? Take off the Russian discount say 61% (fib number so not scientific) = £2.75bn? Unchartered territory at the moment, but hungry for more accurate data to assess what the next steps could look like. Still holding full allocation and not sold.

Hi OK, agreed. We have been here before with the suspension, amongst many other delays, and del29 has the updated list of investor issues to address along with the extended timelines. Languishing around this level is tough even for an LTH. Still holding in full and reading the BB daily - it is a habit after SIX years. Shout out to the regulars as always and keep the faith. Someone once said "it is always darkest before the dawn" and bear in mind the abject atrocities happening in UKR, so I'll keep holding and hoping for a positiv eoutcome for all of us, our families and those in UKR.

Hi All, I emailed the BOD on 25th April 2022 with some of Del's timeframes. Their reply was "we are aware SH are expecting updates on a number of topics. Support from the SH is very much appreciated despite the apparent lack of news flow. We are focused on the work in hand."

We have all been strapped in until Septic Lil sings "Land Ahoy" frm the Crow's Nest, so a little more patience required as we bobble around the £0.05 mark until the end of 2022. It was the positive banter that kept most of us going during suspension so, FWIW, keep up all the great work all and see you all in York.
