Aim it’s just a view that’s all , people laughed at you when you said the years end results wouldn’t be published on the 31st of July , but who was right you was and a very small minority, people have said on here because of the lack of information this will be 1.5 and less when we was over 3p , you laughed but who was right , you have to listen to other views , it doesn’t matter if you think they are right or wrong as you can see in your case , you can be in the minorities but right like you was , and also in the masses and wrong like you was , don’t be a prick

Sorry but I think you’re wrong, the new auditors will start from scratch . If something was said about the new year end results the new auditors couldn’t say oh we didn’t do that bit , they will have to start again to guarantee that it’s there name on all of it , iam not saying it will take upto 12 November but that’s a strong possibility unless the board state how long there audits normally take which they won’t do , they have never been transparent about much tbh , I mean a company an audit can take upto 3 months for a big company , but ours is tiny compared to the big ones so your guess and s as good as mine , so by the latest the 12 nov , if there’s no update by then there is something desperately wrong with the accounts , but that’s a long way of , the board gives us minimum information about anything that’s the trouble with gst

Wouldn’t the new auditors want to start from the very beginning to check everything that was done so basically starting to start a new audit? I mean Ithey’re not gonna go by what the other auditors said they’ve gotta put the name to it so they wanna check this is right so it could be up to the 12th of November like I said.

So what happens if the new auditors can’t return a year end results? Does that mean that the company will have to stop trading at some point because at the moment they’re trading but we are suspended on LSE so what happens? I’m not saying it will. It’s not a D it’s just curiosity what happens if they come back and they said we can’t return a year end result for some reason or whatever which they won’t state a reason but what happens then? Do we get to the point where the company has to stop trading Because they can’t return it? I’m not saying it will happen and I don’t think it will but I’m just thinking The other two can’t return it or may not be able to return it so what happens after that?

If they start all over again it could take upto 12 November, absolute joke ,

Tbh I think some shareholders still think that this will be done in 2-3 weeks , but like I said with completely new auditors this could be upto 3 months , that will be a shock to some of them

Kat I think shareholders would much rather get an update on the audit than a btc update even tho it would be nice , this is why the sp is where it is atm because of no transparency it’s very very poor

Mks took over the audit on the 8th of may . It was stated that the audit was substantially done . It took 11 weeks to say they couldn’t finish it before the 31st August . Then it was stated they had resigned on the 12th of August , so basically they couldn’t finish it in 3 months, so when did the new auditors start the 12th ? If so because they are completely new they will base want to do everything again before they put there name to it , so on that basis this could take up to the 12th of November as long as no other problems , if this is right surly we should get an update on the timeframe , because shareholders will be going out of there mind by then

Aim , tbh as it stands you can’t really argue with Kat , because we are at the sp we are at , and the board gives us nothing , no news at all , I hope all is well and we rocket when this comes out of suspension, but you have to ask yourself why did we fall from 3.6 to just above a penny before suspension, atm there are just so updates answers that we could of had to stop this fall in sp , but not a word , even the Btc treasury left us asking questions , when they buy do we know how many and how much we paid , time to time that’s not transparent , then this audit Fock up , come on the board have been awfull , let’s hope this all changes , but untill it does you can’t stop Kat and others posting like this because the sp atm says they have the right to to be worried

Mks haven’t walked away completely, they are helping the new auditors with the substantial amount they have already done

If it’s going to get more and more difficult for auditors because of crypto then ffs board get this all in hand because this is embarrassing

Massive iam happier after reading the rns , but ffs gst can’t get an audit done , it’s just all very strange , yes they have stated why , but how bad does it look on the auditors and gst that between them they have taken this long to get to where we are now it’s laughable even you can’t deny that
