ICB - yes, all at the same price as yesterday 8.25p. "Buy/sell unknown" Well they are buys aren't they, same price all notified late and another 1% making 8% so far at 8.25p

I doubt these shares appeared all of a sudden conveniently so a big buyer could take the lot.

My take is they have been bought over the last few months and not recorded so the sp would not jump up. They are now recorded while the sp is low (thanks to the selling, without the buying being shown) in order to enable them to be picked up cheap. Average price paid over few months being 8.25p.

Now the huge buying can be seen, the sp should jump tomorrow.... maybe by 50% even .....

That sounds illegal I know but we shall see.

I think A.A. sold out a while ago. Covalis was still holding some early this year. My money is on the 2 of them being connected somehow and they've been planning this for a while. The 72million apparently bought today for less than market value so some dodgy stuff going on.

Looks like 72,000,000 shares in total bought after hours. I make that about 7% of the whole Company.

Sold by the same owner before 05-04-2024 no doubt to get into last tax year to buy back in new year.

4 million share deal at yesterday's close has just dropped in ! They don't know if it's a buy or a sell ? I think they do, and I still say some manipulation going on.

Lol GP. If a coal mining Company can 4-bag in 4 months B4 they've bagged any coal (and expect them to at least double again soon) then I'm sure a gas Company can once they get on fire. When that happens I won't crawl about a roof cracking a rib while cleaning the moss off, I'll pay someone else to do it.

Covalis buys Char as sp goes up to 20p. They want to buy the whole Company. They then own 6%. If they put in a bid when sp is 20p they would have to go in at 30p plus.

So they start to sell chunks every time the sp shows signs of increasing, thus keeping sp down and even lowering it. Do this for a year or so forcing sp down until they think it will not go any lower. Then they pounce and offer 20pence getting what they want much more cheaply ??

The best time to pounce may be just before good news.

SDX is a small £7m Company that had a sp in 2018 of 70 pence. Now 3.6p. Also had a "successful" drill in Morocco last September which didn't exactly move the sp. They call themselves the "sole Moroccan independent gas producer."

I think you secretly have faith in this coming good like most of us. It is frustrating when you are led to believe that something good will happen in a month or a year, but it doesn't. This Company must be worth more than 9 pence a share, even if only 30 pence and not the 40 - 60 per the analysts, but that will do me fine and I'll wait to see the outcome.

It could even 10-bag from here with a tail wind.
