CSDI1962 - I'm going to sell my stake here too. Didn't even realise the divident had dropped until I read your post, so thanks for that.
I don't want to be accused of ramping, but take a look at GAW for dividends. The comany just keeps throwing them out. Check their RNS's.
Or there's always LGEN at around 8%.
If you want to stick with funds, my holding in Schroder Income Maximiser still pays over 7%.
All the best.
Surprised no one on this board has mentioned the alleged tie-up with Omega, as reported in the Yorkshire Post.
Does anyone think this is significant - assuming that it's true?
'The firm is working with two UK manufacturers to make the test, BBI Solutions and Abingdon Health, and is in talks with a third UK manufacturer, Omega Diagnostics'.
MrRealistic, I reckon you're on to something there. GS shares being sold to a third party (likely with the company's blessing) in preparation for the share price rerate.
At the current rate of sells they should be out by November, just as the fireworks are due to start.
L&G have reduced their holdings across a whole range of shares over the last few days, so nothing specific to ODX.
Think it's just a bit of risk managment on their part - presumably they have concerns about the economy with Brexit and US elections likely to create a bit of instablity in the markets over the next few months.
Others with more knowledge might be able to offer their views on this though...

From ST - 'Have you seen the latest from Superdrugs? They are now creating a range for "people who menstruate"! Ridiculous'.
Polite response to ST. Please try not to fear or despise something just because you don't understand it.
Thanks.
This may be a daft comment, but are the reduction in production costs due to the fact that they are now being measured by vanadium produced, rather than sold? ie without the addition of transport costs, import tariffs, etc.
I presume this may also be a sign that Bushveld is stockpiling some of what it produces, in preparation for electrolyte production.
It's late, I'm tired, and not an accountant, so feel free to disregard/dispute the above.
