We have all assessed the BOD and found them to be upstanding so far, and with shareholders' interests at the forefront!
They don't seem to like shorters and have timed some press releases to a 'T'
The company has done the expensive exploration bit, and found the PGM riches, unlike some oil companies relying on the drill bit to hit the spot! and missing time and time again!
So we like the management, like the fundamentals of the company, and now some other company wishes to buy us out!
Whilst this buyout is progressing, the company sign up for a two-year exclusive JV deal for an outlay of half a mill, to give them exclusive access to even more mines, another 9, and stop any other company from encircling the current mine and halting EUA from any future expansion!
A masterstroke in forward-thinking and an accretive spend, as if and when taken up, the future license fee is paid for out of working profit going forward!
So the company that we invested in prior to last Friday is now worth much more on paper, which is great for us as investors!
The sale is still going ahead as UBS and DLA Piper still employed by the company, we have not been told otherwise?
So all should be fantastic! The Big Boy's still using Smoke and Mirrors to fudge the share price so that they can accumulate!
So if they are going to THAT much time and trouble it should therefore point to the fact that this stock IS very valuable to them!
So if we think this stock is very valuable!
And they think this stock is very valuable!
The ONLY problem is the current share price as perceived by any investor who hates to see paper profit evaporate before their eyes!
Yes, this is very painful to watch, but when you know games are currently being played because the stock is worth so much more! that should console your fears.
Provided you do not crystalize the current paper share price as fact, you have not lost!
You have placed your bet, so now let the race play out, currently, with no known company negatives this is just a very long waiting game!
One day it will be over and unless you wish to chase rainbows elsewhere, or have an immediate need for cash?
Just let the game playout!
You have to be in it to win, and we have seen the efforts recently of the deramping squad descend here to instill doubt in the minds of the weak shareholders!
If they thought this stock was rubbish for one minute, why would they turn up here! they are not your friends whatever they may like you to think!
So believe in your investment, add on the dips if you have any spare cash? and just put your feet up with a big smile and await the big day when that major RNS does turn up :-)
