So you feel the time taken and JV RNS is a negative in some way, fair enough!
What is an RNS? ... It is a leagal document, to inform shareholders of ANY material change, that relates to the company's material state and or financial position!
It can only contain FACTS and maybe any future thought on company progression going forward.
But, the company is in the middle of an FSP so can say very little about forward thoughts, as they are not facts!
They can only comment on the current yearly financial position and any material change in the business!
Spending $0.5 million on a two year option over the future mining rites on nine new mines cannot be kept a secret, it is a material fact, and has to announced by RNS!
So we get this fantastic RNS out of the blue that the company has done an accretive deal that in one fell swoop has stopped any other party from limiting EUA's future expansion, and improves the poker hand of EUA massively by making EUA much more valuable to any prospective purchaser!
But, someone may look at this differently and just look at the future upfront cost of producing 9 new mines?
It all depends on how you look at the RNS, bearing in mind it can ONLY be factual and NOT 'buttered up' in some way for some form of Hand Holding due to the current ongoing FSP and the continuing communication lockdown!
Let's look at the factual RNS for any clues!
The directors say:-
"The Directors are delighted to sign this agreement with Rosgeo"
"Unlocks a number of additional opportunities for the Company and its shareholders"
"By enhancing Eurasia's focus on 'green energy metals' "
"Provides a unique opportunity to increase exposure to the important ESG and clean energy segments"
"Whilst also positively balancing the asset portfolio"
" We look forward to working with Rosgeo, a global company and the best in the business "
"The best partner we could have in Russia"
"Making progress on the strategic options available to the Company."
"We are excited to significantly expand our portfolio"
"Creating a unique open pit mining PGM and battery metals district on the Kola Peninsula"
" We have first-mover advantage in these times when the traditional PGM districts are starting to struggle with various challenges posed by the underground mines like energy issues, environmental issues, and floods to name a few"
So the directors are VERY pleased with the RNS, and the company is STILL up for sale!
