All the whining big girls blouses out in force here.

EUA will either come out of suspension or it won't
It will come out of suspension with some sort of bid/JV or it won't
Us shareholders will either be rich or we won't

And no amount of whining, simpering, conspiracy theorising or any of the other ****** that has been posted on here since suspension will change any of the above.

I'm sure the precious snowflakes who have been around this BB for no time at all will carry on belly aching and whinging of not being kept informed blah blah......the BOD is ****e blah blah.....
You have to wonder why people with such a delicate disposition decided it was a good idea to by AIM stocks, and particularly AIM junior miners tbh

Totally agree with the first part of your post, the second part not so, if you had a house to sell and it was taking forever you would still cut the grass and keep up with any decoration defects, you would not just let the plot go to rack and ruin as that would be silly, I feel the company are just presenting themselves as everything is still going on as normal working behind the scenes, as soon as the temperature drops below freezing and the water flows again the wash plants will start up and the company will start to mine as usual as this is a working company that has put a for sale sign up on its parts...or whole?

The attendance of representatives from EUA at the PDAC 2020 conference/exhibition has already been confirmed by the company, last week I believe, in a communication reply to a poster who had the initiative to ask them directly, the game to spot someone from the company at the PDAC 2020 is just that, a game just to confirm the already confirmed attendance, it causes me no angst one way or the other as the PDAC 2020 is just an awareness/advertising venue to inform attendees what is going on in that field. It has as you rightly say no direct implication to our ongoing sale discussions, it is with a simplistic view similar to finding out a that a food processor manufacture you may have been interested in has a presentation/stand at the Ideal Home exhibition, nice to know but not of much value.

Anyone blaming the company for the lack of updates is totally out of order..... as stated they cannot comment on anything related to the current suspension, they are purely the " The piggy in the middle " of all this, you could if you wanted to try to blame the NOMAD, but then again it was only carrying out its legal obligation to protect YOU the investor, so who do you blame then.......... The ONLY person you can blame for this current situation is the person who was close to the ongoing negotiations and stupid enough to tweet via social media that Citic had signed or whatever, he may have felt it was BIG of him to release the news first but all it has done is to put a cat among the pigeons and implicate that insider information has been leaked during ongoing negotiations, silly boy comes to mind.....

Hurray for cv76, a poster with common sense, I have been away today and just catching up on the drivel being posted by the weak-willed investor here, two names stick out but I will not name and shame, you all know the reasons why you invested in this stock and nothing has changed, I may try to explain in detail if I have the energy left, as you are happy with you investment the only fly in the ointment can be this suspension, this we/I have explained is due to a technicality, this company is fully funded and viable ( there is No problem with the company ) .... this social media leak caught the company off guard, and it made no difference to them as their stock would just have gone up in value, but the NOMAD has a different view on this and has to do its job or it will be struck off, please review the job of a Nominated Advisor (NOMAD)....

What Is a Nominated Advisor (NOMAD)?
A nominated advisor (NOMAD) is a financial services firm that shepherds a company onto the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The LSE requires that a company seeking a listing on AIM have a NOMAD, which the LSE itself must approve to carry out the functions. Once listed on the AIM, the NOMAD regulates the company.

Please note the last bit, ...... NOMAD regulates the company ......

When unfair trading in the stock of a company is seen, through no fault of the company itself the NOMAD MUST ACT and in this case, the rule would be "TO PROTECT THE INVESTOR at all time ", this suspension was done to protect YOU the investor,
please see the list and look through to see with common sense which could apply here -

The ruling that envelopes any decision to suspend shares is Rule 40 and what is referred to as maintenance of an orderly market. Under this ruling, the Exchange may suspend the trading of AIM securities where:

Trading in those securities is not being conducted in an orderly manner..... ? very unlikely

It considers that an AIM company has failed to comply with the rules ......? Very unlikely

The protection of investors so requires.....? Yes this one, very likely to protect YOU

The integrity and reputation of the market has been or may be impaired by dealings in those securities ........? Leaked info could be this one also as a reason.

Now that we are suspended and for the reason given in the suspension RNS the company is legally bound to keep schtum, it can not say anything, if it did it may lose the NOMAD and then it would be up the creek without a paddle, the only time the company can comment and release an RNS is if anything material changes, so flanks announcement can be RNS, or to say that we have a deal and shareholders will have to vote on it RNS, but until the current situation is resolved they can say NOTHING at all on the current subject.....They are suspended, just get used to it and relax.

This situation will resolve its self shortly, they have told you that, and that is all they

Hear, hear, to A1EX on a good post and to Tilly who seconds, the news will come when it comes. Yes it is disappointing that a demonstration is going on outside the conference but I suppose it is to be expected in this day and age when we have 17 year old Greta Thunburg to dictate to us all in hindsight where we have all gone wrong in the past. I reckon news will be around my birthday, 21 or 24 Marçh just a purely biased guess you understand...... :-)

Afternoon Tiddlor, you mentioned you had listened to Alexei Churakov on a podcast yesterday, was that the Vox Markets one I posted up yesterday afternoon, If it was I fully agree with your sentiment on that, it could not be clearer in my eyes, and exactly as you say whatever path the company chooses to monetize, we as shareholders will win one way or another, just a matter of a waiting game for me, no concerns at all...

Hi JimJam, I will take that as a positive and thank you, I agree with you in your statement that Amers heart is in the right place and I know he is a holder here, it stemmed from the other day when he implied indirectly that I was the cause of Lucretius departing this board, I was not even here, I quired him over his post but he never replied, Lucretius, did, and could not understand the reason behind his post, yesterday after we had responded to the call that the NOMAD may be the issue and we had all trashed that statement from the poster concerned, Amers again called for civility seemingly targeting us and not the misinformed poster. That was my only issue and I made my case, I do not hold any malice towards any genuine poster, Just the posted misinformation.
Let us all hope that this virus peters out for the sake of humanity and the stock market...

We are presently suspended due to a technicality whilst ongoing discussions between various parties are carried out as per the RNS....

This LSE-EUA discussion board welcomes all comers openly to post questions and points of interest to discuss -

A question would normally be posted along the lines of -

When someone posts an opinion, it is theirs alone, but if worded as to come across as a matter of fact that is defamatory and negative towards our company that we hold highly and can easily be disputed, well, what do you expect.

We all here just want a friendly debate with no slanging matches, but it is easy to cross the line when you are confronted with posted blatant lies, it would seem you may have fallen into the exact same thing in your reply above as per Maytal46 who used the word "sanctimonious" to describe you.

Let us all agree that a friendly and polite discussion board is the preferred option by everyone, no one takes pleasure in berating someone, but some do unfortunately ask for it by the very nature of their post.

Would you care to explain your position here as it is not easy to follow, ....are you for the facts ...or..... for the conspiracist.
we have people attacking this company that we have invested our good money in and along come posters who just want to instill untruths in the minds of the weak investor and make him/her doubt their investment.

With regard to METRO are you an investor in that stock and if so I hope you can get some of your losses back because as you say it is being shorted by around 9% because people can see no future in it, it was doing well and then accounting errors showed up and it was suspended, only coming back to market for a fundraise and with that its price plummeted, even more, some investors were hanging in on the miss guided belief that Lloyds banking group would be their savior, the way Lloyds banking group is closing branches I personal feel doubtful, but anything is possible I suppose.

We have as you say all gone through this made up rubbish form numptys before as they can never uphold their view with facts, and it is sad, this company and the NOMAD are playing this by the rule book and there is no proof of any wrongdoing at all.

The only Problem as you call it Fizzydrink is in YOUR head...

Everyone here who is a genuine investor and Not a shorter or deramper has great faith in the directors who have not sold any shares and have recently purchased more to the value of £50,000.

Now, why would the directors do that if there was a problem?

The company last November issued to all holders of 6p warrants a circular laying out the triggering of an accelerator clause
advising that all warrant holders of the need to cash in the warrants NOW or lose out. Every holder did.

Now, why would the company do that and trigger that accelerator clause?

Now, why did every holder cough up and purchase their allocation in shares?

The company recently did the same for the lower value warrants ( admittedly no proof of accelerator clause triggering this
time but the company may have advised )

The company has stated it is in talks to sell either assets or maybe the whole company due to the massive rise in the value of it's PGM basket.

The company is awaiting the final sign off on the additional 13m oz flanks.. ..

We can logically assume that the company is just doing some housework and tidying up the books for a clean break of some kind and a massive deal, when a deal of this magnitude occurs in an AIM stock things are a little different to a Ftse 100 stock, the stock value here can be moved massively by any dubious insider dealing and any slight leak or tip-off on company sensitive information can be very detrimental to the company value and its stock price, AIM stocks can be shorted for very little outlay, it costs a lot more to short a Ftse100 stock, and anyway, that company on the Ftse 100 is already in a vastly stronger position and is a big fish compared to a little fish on AIM.

We can guess that due to the leak the company has been informed by the NOMAD that its stock must be temporarily suspended during these important negotiations so no unfair dealings in its stock can be carried out.

It all makes perfect sense to me and as previously stated ....It was expected some time....just that the suspension got brought forward due to this leaking issue.

This suspension will resolve itself some time, and I will guess within 5 weeks, it will be advised to us via RNS.

There is absolutely no cause for concern so early on and at this stage, this company is fully funded, has no dept, has access to debt financing, if required, and is about to make some serious money.

It ticks all the boxes for the perfect investment on AIM

So Fizzy please explain, and where is your mate Semtex, rather than just spout your fear and encourage others to form a conspiracy theory please provide some facts to prove your point.... as there are none at the moment, is your short playing on your mind perhaps....

The directors and management have increased their shareholding prior to all this not sold...
The Russian government would be implicated....
This company has no reason to trick or fool anyone as it has been around for over 24 years slowly progressing...
It has taken on the highest level of strategic players to cash in on the upturn of the PGM basket....
It has engaged with two of the largest word banks who do these deals all the time in Russia....
It has used accelerator clauses to expedite the conversion of warrants to shares.....
It is fully funded, requiring NO cash raises going forward, growing organically.....
It has a 50 million Sino deal to if it wishes to fall back on....
It has flanks full sign off due soon....
It is due to build several more wash plants....
It has stated it will ramp up production this year and going forward....

Where is there one once of negativity in holding this stock....
