No, Bob, I disagree, and that is the difference between us, for me, this is not the same, most AIM/shell companies are totally different from this company and the reason for the suspension here is also different, it is not because the company has failed to do something it should have, it is because someone else did something that has by implication got us to be suspended for no fault of our own, I would say a subtle difference and so would the NOMAD...

No, I appreciate you are a very long term holder here with this stock and feel despondent with how the company has diluted your initial shareholding nearly out of existence, but surely now that the company is making good on its past predictions you should feel better, had the company not raised funds, unfortunately for you by dilution, they would have gone to the wall as so many AIM companies do, hopefully, when all this has played out you will feel better about your holding.

Who says it's relisting by the way? ..........why did you buy in here, did you throw a dart at the Financial Times to find a company or toss a coin, phone a friend, ..... this is not your usual AIM shell company that milks its shareholders to fund a luxury lifestyle for the directors, so yes it will be coming back to market as soon as the deal is struck.....
So, I say it will be relisting and ASAP, because I can read the RNS's....

A little list of facts to peruse over-

This company was one of the first on AIM over 24 years ago...They must be doing something right to have existed for 24 years.

This company's mines are in Rusia and has Russian staff and management and in all that time they have had NO problems whatsoever and have stated this on record to similar questions posed in the past...If the company thought for one minute that Russia was a dodgy place to carry out a business they would have run a mile.

This company's directors have a massive amount of skin in the game and have purchased more stock themselves recently... Now, why would they do that if they personally thought there was any problem with their own company?

This company was in a J/V with Anglo A- and has explored by drilling its vast acreage to have a very good idea of its PGM
basket content...This company is not telling porky pies when it states circa 2m ounces of Palladium.

This company has put the for sale sign up for its assets...It has stated that in the RNS's above and also that it is in discussions with several parties.

This company's stock is suspended from trading...Yes, this company, unfortunately, was involved in a leak via social media of an announcement on how its talks were progressing at table level and caught the company off guard, this leak was price-sensitive company information and would have created an inflated share price bubble, this would have been nice for all currently invested but not for the NOMAD whos existence is dependant on it playing by the rules, as soon as it was made aware of this situation its only option was to suspend this stock from trading, once negotiations about this sale are concluded this stock will return to market, of course, any material change in the company can be RNS but nothing can be said on the existing suspension... How do I know this, it has already been stated in the RNS's above and any dodgy opinion by any other poster to say otherwise I would personally dismiss as unfounded, this company did not suspend its own stock, it just happened to be caught up in as piggy in the middle from a legal technicality of ensuring fair trading in its stock and to protect investors at all times by the NOMAD, both the company and the NOMAD have played by the rule book, there is no reason of doubt in my mind as they have just enforced the rules.

This company has been invited to attend the PDAC 2020 to represent a mining firm operating within Russia and have been photographed at this event to disprove the naysayers.

No one knows when this suspension will be released...It takes as long as it takes.

No one knows what amount we as shareholders may receive as a dividend/other, we all know what the value of it is in the ground, but that is not what we would receive, we can all make a guess but that is all it would be.

It is now a waiting game, but the wait will be worth it, they have planned

would you care to share your thoughts on where exactly this company could have been Fraudulent, to use your words, just interested, as if you had researched all the RNS's above what brought you to the conclusion that they would and or could infact be fraudulent, this company has been in existence for over 24 years and has only just started to make any worthwhile profit, what could they have lied about please, just so I can appreciate your point of view.

Lets simplify things again as some folks seem to be struggling still. EUA entered into discussion with CITIC and CTB regarding strategic options for MT and WK as a result of recent Pd transactions. These discussions have been ongoing since October last year. Unless there is a change in circumstances they do not need to up date the market on this. Change of circumstances would be end of discussion or engagement of one of these banks to sell the asset (at no time has EUA stated they want to sell the company).

Then we have a social media tweet to suggest talks were making progress and letter of engagement signed. That is a change in circumstance from what we already know. So if you take that as fact then they had to suspend the share price until they can clarify that statement. There is nothing stopping them from keeping the share price suspended until the talks conclude therefore ensuring no other price sensitive information hits the market. They cannot deny a tweet if that tweet is based on fact. So far no denial issued (after all this time there isn't going to be one), so far they're not in a position to clarify the current relationship with CITIC. They will be at some point though, can't wait.

I think folk are missing the elephant in the room.

I've been stating for nearly three years that Eurasia would be sold, in part or in full, because all the evidence is there for all to see, and that evidence has got stronger and stronger, and directors have even stated it.

Now Citic are acting as facilitators, and probably providing funding or financial services in ths process. Do Eurasia have to rns every confidential proposal from a bank they have no contract with? No, of course not, the bank will have a NDA in place because there are other banks and other interested parties.

These proposals, discussions, negotiations, take time, legalities, tax implications, various approvals, all take time, and I think anyone denying the obvious here is showing their naivety or even stupidity.

We are suspended because an influential advisor stated that a letter of engagement had been signed, and if true then a deal has been agreed at least in principle.

Exciting times indeed.

I believe people who say the company is not in talks here, because the company has not RNSed this, are wrong.

Firstly the company *has* RNSed that it is "considering strategic options", which is the standard phrasing for "hanging out the For Sale sign", and that CITIC and VTB are assisting (albeit there is a question over the exact relationship).

Any company is free at any time to discuss with potential buyers what its assets are, to provide data on them, and to invite offers. If it hasn't issued a "considering strategic options" RNS, then all discussions must be strictly confidential and no one with any inside knowledge can deal in the shares, on pain of jail time.

If it *has* issued a "considering strategic options" RNS, then a company can do what it likes in terms of discussions. Meanwhile it's open season on the shares for non-insiders. What on earth caused the EUA SP to rocket after all?!

And do you really think EUA are going to Indaba and PDAC just to eat sandwiches and make a dry presentation?? They will be meeting people and discussing their wares!

All a company (or any insider in the company, or partners in the wider sale process) has to do is not make non-RNSed public statements unless they are true and factually based. eg. they can say they have had a South African CEO come to visit their site, or that 6 companies have requested data etc. They can't say that they have got definite bidding interest from 3 companies without an RNS.

A company only *needs* to RNS again when an offer has been made (at X price), or a bidder has stated that they intend to make an offer (price not yet revealed), or indeed if the sale process has been cancelled for whatever reason.

So it's very possible that CITIC have a bidder in the wings, but want to clarify with EUA what their 'relationship' (ie. percentage fee) is, before they allow the bidder to announce their bid. It will only be necessary for EUA to issue an RNS about the offer at the moment it is made to EUA. CITIC can do what they want in the meantime - as long as they don't actually tell EUA that they have a potential/definite bidder, then EUA are not obliged to issue an offer RNS.

That's my understanding anyway.
