Today is the last day of the year 2020, traditionally everyone toasting in the NEW year from the stroke of midnight, unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the toasting in of the start of a new year with friends and family will not be celebrated in the same way as past years due to the NO mixing rule of households.

You could hold a zoom call I suppose, but it won't be the same!

So may I take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a Happy New Year! and the very best of health, and wealth in 2021! Take care everyone.

Eddiex, is a new poster from October this year,

he does not think the company is worth much? and thinks that the fall back from 42p was due to others thinking the same, and that 42p was about the right buy-out price!

he has posted his thoughts on this back in November :-

"I’ve said a few times that if an offer materialises it will be in the 40p - 50p range and probably at the lower end"

But it does beg the question, Why, if he thought the buy-out price would be so low, that he did not sell out when the price was 42p? ... As that was within his valuation?

I can understand posters being adverse to bad language! but when there is NO news, and most have taken their positions in this stock and are awaiting the grand finale, and major RNS news flow!

But, to pick holes in Tilly, and the rest of the friendly banter on here that just passes the time while we wait! is odd.

We have all discussed to the nth degree, and are still just left at guessing what is going on around the board table and the buy-out price the company may achieve?

If we can all do this in a friendly way, so much the better, but for a newish poster to pick holes in the banter of long term posters who are only trying to keep up the moral, and at Christmas holiday time!

Oh well, takes all sorts!

I hope you all had a great Christmas!

Father Christmas bought me a flash new Panasonic 5 blade electric razor!

A fantastically close shave and so much quieter than my Braun 9000 that literally 'rattled' its way across my face.

The turkey was delicious, but I overcooked the Brussel sprouts which on the packet advised roasting! unfortunately,

on eating they had turned to mush inside, I should have just steamed or boiled them, I know for next time!

Becky - was very impressed with my efforts, and the rest of the meal was delicious!

I'm still so full of food that the thought of any more has gone right out the window, and any thoughts of breakfast a long way off!

I hope you all had a great day too! and father Christmas bought you all something you wanted, rather than just a pair of socks :-)

Yes, the company had a lot fewer shares back then!

Eurasia Mining Plc, Started life back on the 24th March 1995 with approximately 20,000,000 shares of £1 nominal value, the company has endured many lean years with delays in it gaining various mining and mineral extraction rites, this has led to various capital raising strategies like the issue of warrants, and even to the effect of the senior staff and directors having to foregoing cash and accepting remuneration at par in shares to save the depleting cash pile. This over the years has led to the current share dilution to where we now have 2,758,701,681 shares in issue, ... so a lot more!

If we were to have the original 20,000,000 shares and with today's Mcap of £879,000,000 we would have a share price of .... £44.85 ... nice!

Thanks for the turkey advice, luckily as I say it has instructions to alternatively cook from frozen and I have a temperature skewer thing to make sure that it is cooked through ok, it will just take longer that's all!
