Mark is well respected in his field, perhaps he didn't want to be left with egg on his face.

Why did Mark Austin leave as he put his heart and sole into this. I would of thought that he would of wanted to see it till the end!!

It just goes to prove GF has no regard for his shareholders. If GF was that confidant in the assay results of Motzfeildt then he would wait to release them before the GM fund raising. So if they are really good then the SP will increase then we won't need as many shares to be issued diluting us even more than necessary. Ask yourself why he isn't taking that option.!!!!!

You have to have some Gold in the first place. Do you know how many ounces we would need to recoup millions spent thus far.??

It's nothing to do with my losses it's the fact that shareholders are paying for their lifestyle with no rewards to us.

Do you not think that Gold mining companies looked at Clogau. They obviously new that spending millions wasn't feasible on running tailings, all the health and safety work required, blasting, getting all necessary permission etc etc.

So why does it become feasible for a company with shareholders, because it's not there money they are risking. GF could walk away if not successful without any financial loss, in fact he would be quids in with all the wages he's had.

Could a Gold company do that without shareholders backing. No they would suffer large financial losses.

We need to have the GM rescheduled until we see those results before we vote before it's to late.

Imo GF has had the nod that the Motzfeildt results are under par, therefore he rushed out a GM to get the funding quickly, asked for the assay results to be delayed so he can get it over the line for himself and his wife. Then we will be left with another asset that funds there lifestyle for years to come, leaving us to suffer the consequences.

So is AB hoping to get funding from Australia??
