Looks like Ujo have had a planning application refused, getting to be the norm, councils seem to be delaying progress even if in the wrong.

Kiran.. said that the delay in India bank not signing of, is that India are more stringent on checking against fraud. This is all going through the courts, so in that case why are they expecting any fraudulent activity.!!!!

At least the results are not bad, that's a positive in itself. ATB..
