This new article was published about TED,2 hours ago. I don't have a subscription to The Times. Can anybody share any insights to what this article is about?
Hope you are right. The question is, what price fo you think will be paid for them to buyout TED? As they previously failed.
What will this mean for Ted and our investment via HL? Will we still be able to continue trading with TED
I am on Hargreaves Lansdowne (HL) platform too and I never received this notification? What do they mean that they won't provide updates etc. Please elaborate
Thanks for sharing your views. I hope you are right. Exciting times to be an investor in TED. The price to buy right now is an absolute steal. No brainer.
Hi guys, i recall TED rejecting a takeover offer of 140ish pence per share. Approx. When was this bid made? Do you think TED would accept if they were to receive an offer of 140ish pence per share again (Given the poor state of economy).
What price do you think they will accept

Considering that they already own 44.24% of the company - does anybody what percentage of the entire board must say yes to 9P takeover in order for it to be approved?
The 8.3 forms are a good sign. It means takeover talks are brewing / under negotiation. I would be worried if 8.3 forms were not being published.

The above article is a helpful read and gives reassurance of survival. Highly recommend
Which website did you use to spot this? I can't find that buy via lse recent trades
I hope i am wrong about this. But not looking good for TED. Asos, Boohoo announcement caused a drop. Do you expect TED to report a better financial update? Chances seem slim, which would mean a further share price drop on top of the drop today. Hope not though. All the best
With all due respect, but this company's share price is overvalued. I expect a further drop in the stock price. Lets be real, if boohoo stock is 60ish pence, a company which makes over a billion pound in revenue each year and the market cap is approx £1B, then this stock is definitely overvalued given the small amount of revenue and negative net profit it makes each year.

Keep hold of your shares. The painting is on the walls; AI is the place to invest.
The future looks bright for this company as it is starting to make money. I appreciate ppl are in need of money, and decide to sell, but if you able to wait and then I would encourage you to be patient and wait. Why sell, when the company is doing so well and AI is the future. Just to point out, read the 'final results' posted on 20 April, it stated the following: 'Initiated discussions with other companies for potential merger and acquisition opportunities. These companies complement IB's core offering.'
