Happy to see that. They only hold to try and sell their service which is expensive. If we are well funded (which we are) we don’t need them so they were liable to sell anyway, just glad it hasn’t really pushed the sp down.

During discussions this afternoon a respected poster on this board revealed to me that he had discovered that the leases that were given short renewal were for Cinovec 1V; they are not relevant to our PFS which is based on other land and represents 10% of our known resource. Cinovec 1V would be an extension to that resource.

Heir; three things. 1/ RNS deals with what happens if EMH share price crashes during loans period and CEZ want to convert loan into shares.....limited to 29.9%. 2/ The RNS talks of CEZ having the opportunity to participate in any further new equity and / or debt financing of the Company; perfect, it is what a strategic partner is all about. KC is on record as saying they could become the largest shareholder. 3/ Politics; Babis plays fast and loose and has dug himself a large hole by cancelling the MOU. By stating he now has the ability to get this ‘back under state control’ he wants to be seen to be the hero. I’m sure KC has it all planned out in principal and over time this rhetoric will be watered down and ‘control’ and ‘majority’ will become ‘biggest’. Don’t forget that our PFS had been undertaken using less than 10% of the known deposit...... CEZ can take 100% of 10% of Cinovec and run their own operation as long as the mining permit also allows us to have our own mine as well. (Ps, CEZ should be able to get us a mining permit quickly. That would show strength in the partnership early and what might that do to the sp)

Agreed....... and a fundamental misunderstanding of the market. The spodumene concentrate producers were producing more than the processors could cope with and there became a build up of stock despite demand for the end product.

Gentlemen, please. In the blue corner we have the optimists and in the red the pessimists..... This is way bigger than one person or company. The old guard such as VW understand that building a mine: a gigafactory: and re-tooling a car plant all cost half a billion each and each player is reliant on each other. VW are not able to bully their battery supply chain. We will see more ‘strategic alliances’ and these will involve the relevant States as national and EU guarantees and subsidies will be at the centre of the investment. To that end EMH will end up in an alliance or two with the Czech State amongst others.

Diamo were asked their opinion on Cinovec last year and came back with a report saying a/ We have no expertise in this. And b/ It is our opinion that selecting these mineral exploration companies is a lottery and they are best in private hands because they are funded by private cash and have the capacity to lose millions and it is not the job of the state to risk that.
The issue of the Pilsen steel mine is interesting. From a European perspective steel is an old industry, now dominated by China...... forget saving steel, invest in the battery supply chain instead, create new jobs in growing industry not save jobs in dying one ......the future is staring them in the face, and I think Havlicek knows that. Watch this space!

If the proposed strategic investment by Ganfeng in Bacanora which would include Bacanora’s interest in Zinnwald doesn’t put the wind up the EU and all the European automotives I dont know what will. Pull your fingers out now and secure this strategic resource for Europe......

I understand the late filing is caused by a disagreement between the independent auditors and the CVR audit committee (which does not include the CEO) about audit policy. It is my supposition that CVR are trying to align with Nasdaq requirements and the independent auditors with TSX

So, from that document Antelope. Question, are the EU payments free from material error? Answer, from 1994-2015 in each year the audit committee answered no. In 2016 they answered yes but clarified that with this statement “A significant part of the 2016 expenditure audited was not affected by a material level of error”. Which implies that some was ........ they make there own rules and do not live under the same level of scrutiny that the rest of us have to.

If the EU issue a reprimand and drop the charges in return for political commitment to batteries..... not beyond the realms of possibility, remember the EU have never had their annual accounts signed off, ever. They make their own rules. I suspect that Babis’s touch will be smallish, 3-5%. Might take the form of a private placing at a discount, after all we need funds quite soon. Everybody knows that the share price will fly when Babis throws his weight behind it....... so the mysterious Slovakian fund demonstrates investment in batteries (see Babis tweet) and legitimises the deal and then, with positions taken, the show can begin.
