Probably not...it offers phenomenal value right now and the negative sentiment surrounding the sector is unlikely to get worse. That said, I think it's best not to try to predict Mr. Market and just decide if you think something looks good value. This looks good value (to me). Doesn't mean it can't get cheaper....just means it'll probably end up higher, sooner or later.

In spite of the meteoric rise I'm still seeing plenty of value here. There's likely to be a small correction and a round of profit taking, of course, but on fundamentals this is still fairly valued and yielding enough to justify a longer term hold.

Yup enjoying this at the minute. It was fairly obvious that 130-140p was cheap for this well run little company so a deserved rerate.

This feels like a low risk investment at these levels. Steady earnings, priced cheaply...only risk would be if Mrs. May decided she wanted to impose quasi prohibition through extortionate tax rates in the coming years, but I doubt it. Should be a nice income earner for years ahead, and potentially a decent share price recovery play in the midterm.

Share price falls 3% because someone expresses an opinion? Top-up opportunity.

Not sure, but Greene King is also down a lot...so I guess there's some kind of sector specific news hovering about.

Agreed. Even with recent rises, I think this company remains very undervalued at the minute.

Yeah looks great. Fantastic little company (that I happen to be a client with) and that pays a hefty dividend to boot. I wonder how the market will respond to the lower UK client-base. Only area of slight concern.

I feel this is a nice long term hold. Decent yields and quite a lot of potential upside over the next few years. The board is focused on doing its job - which means the share price isn't over-inflated through hype. One day, one of them may decide to hype it up. It won't be anytime soon though, I suspect.

Yup something is seriously wrong...the market is undervaluing profitable high street companies because it thinks the internet is the future. Does that remind anyone of anything, say, around 2000...?

In the short term much depends on the results next month...In the longer term I doubt it matters much. If your timescale is a few weeks to a few months there's probably cause for jitters. If your timescale is a few years, it's hard to see how you can go wrong.

I must admit that when I find a profit making company trading at or below net asset value where there's a lot of negative sentiment I become somewhat of a kid in a candy shop. Circumstances like that tend to make companies undervalued, and there are a lot of bargains to be had at the moment. I ask myself: can I see places to go eat a meal or have a meet-up with your friends or family going out of fashion in the next few years? Honestly? Not even a bit. Buy in, relax, let the market do what it wants, check the share price in a few years and enjoy.

Based on their last trading update I expect their next results to be disappointing. The drift in price over the last few months reflects this heavily though and at 105p...again, below book value...I feel there's minimal risk here to buy and hold for the long-term. That's not to say that they may not yet go cheaper still. Market sentiment is against the pub sector at the minute.

Not worried. Great results, ahead on forward orders and special divi confirmed for another year. Mr. Market is as Mr. Market does, but I think the share price has quite some upside left in it.

Probably not, but it's the only theory I've got I'm afraid.
