Agreeing with the data on phones, ODX for had it, AVCT for got it (and some certificated version for peeps without phones) Works for those economies that can afford to put these mechanisms in place to restore order. I appreciate the worlds is a much bigger place and there are billions that may not be able to avail of this, this is not right, but it is a fact.
