Personally I think there is a strong chance this will be the last placing this company ever needs - I can't really see a world where this company isn't profitable in the next 12-16 months which would be the kind of timeframe this money would last them without profitability

They have a cash runway til FY27 which as has been confirmed on the investor hub didn't include NCI in the calculation so they're fine for cash

And profit again as has been stated optimal license agreements are as close to 100% margin as you can get as there is little to no outlay on them - this was in one of the recent presenations

Potentially Antha, doing the contract at the org above NCI will defo open doors to the other 26 institutions underneath it several of which deal with antibodies such as NIAID

And then the second piece of who wouldn't want optimal? It stops the need for animal testing which saves 6 months and loads of costs + the fact the fda are trying to stop animal testing where possible - is just a matter of patience here and the contracts will come imo

Just a 1% royalty with NCI on antibodies discovered with optimal would be worth multiples of our current mkt cap lol

Not a bad RNS TBF - so it's going through the supply chain department of the NIH and confirmed that the NCI want to use it but processes in these big multi billion orgs take time so is expected

What we did learn from this though is that the negotiations does include royalties and does not sound cheap which is great

Personally I think maven are already out someone posted a few days back that a huge trade went through and the number of shares was the odd amount that maven had at the end i.e ended in 6565 or whatever it was so I believe that was them finished selling

Steal at this price imo - best and first in class antibody discovery platform - you don't present that to some of the worlds biggest KOL's unless the data you got proving that statement is robust

There will be delayed trades I'd imagine - crazy though as technically nothing has changed they still have the best antibody discovery platform in the world with data to back it up - but their RNS writing is not good at all - that launch one was shocking and could have been so much better

Worlds best antibody discovery tool launched 24 hours ago which allows the users to save 6 months on the timeline and skip the need for animal testing (which the FDA plans to phase out so ahead of the curve) - this claim backed up with stats and presented as such at the biggest antibody conference in the world in front of multiple KOL's in the field

Validated tech with the NCI and US patented for that tech and other regions working through currently

Generating improving revenues and close to break even (specially with Optimal licenses being close to 100% margin as mentioned in one of the recent presentations)

At the forefront of AI/ML on antibody discovery in partnership with the University of Oxford and Charlotte Deane (Start-ups in this area have been valued at over 1bn and raised hundreds of millions)

Part of the FMI which the grant given to Fab has a valuation of around 6m providing lab equipment, office space, head count and non-dilutive funding

Multiple news in near term (Peer reviewed optimal publication with the NCI, Optiphage license, NCI license, DR5 update + anything else I've missed or comes out of the blue) + anything I've missed

In fairness FAB isn't being ramped to death - their tech they've been working on and has just been validated by the NCI literally launches next week after about 6 years of development and 2 years of NCI validating it - it was always going to rise close to the launch date of it with NCI agreement coming next week too
