It was 7p like 6 months ago, 7p prior to news with a jump to 9.8 on news and now it's below 7.

That is not a price that facts is a billion dollar JDA de-risking event, if you think it is then fair enough we'll have to disagree bud :0

News has definitely not been factored in to this share price - it's sitting at what it was about 6 months ago.

If markets were never wrong you wouldn't get things like BIDS 10 bagging without news.

15p values it at back costs so I think he's right saying 30p to be fair.

It's a huge deal with multiple parties it was never going to be quick. Based on the last RNS it could be any minute

No reason to believe it isn't, people for some reason had some crazy idea it'd be by end of month and panic sold.

Completely agree Eye - perfect set up now - that RNS is about as good as you can possibly ask for without them actually signing it. If the market doesn't see that then it'll be their loss :)
