The company is going to have to make an announcement. Alternative bid? If so up further but if not? Well! Does not need considering does it?...That they have not announced anything yet is interesting. Either way it must come soonest...Prepare to take profits..in short thift...If any alternative take-over is denied you will not get a price so I suggest rather than wait for something that may or may not come and the possibility of it being no more than speculation. The reason is the bod is going to give the company away in exchange for debt forgivenous. In brief it is delisting and becoming a private company. Share holders shafted.

Low....5%-10% at most: The probabilities of reorganisation, going through is higher so your betting against the odds..(do you know something others do not?).The value left for sharehodlers is extremely low. If and when it is a private company it can receive a take-over which is highly hedged against the standard shareholder ever getting anything back in the slightest even if a takeover is approved. strong chance of getting locked in these for a very very long time..with no exit and lots of obsticles to trade off the main market if at all...You will tell very soon if this is a dead cat bounce...when it drops...unless a bidder appears with a better offer..time is very limited...
