Hi Gall you are spot on it grew out of Fox Marble and I like the look of its new format. Even some arbitration in there. Only 81m shares in issue with 79% not in the public domain.

TRUMP now theres a wild one and I am sure once in power he will upset any country that will not play his ball game.

I for one have both my so called risky investments,that being here and the one i mentiobed and researched last week ECOB. I may go back into PRD depending on newsflow.

Since i invested here i have noticed ao many companies involved in litigation in one form or another and i must stress none have been as appealing as this one.

This is a well run company and i do not like the idea of out of hours RNS releases. By its shear nature they should contain price sensitive information. Of course an RNS Reach is a different matter and I would find that acceptable.

On a personal note, I hope you all enjoyed Christmas In the way of personal choice, mine and the family is being looked after at a hotel.

Gall when i sold out of Tern after getting the jitters around 52p i received some very abusive private messages..and some i note are still involved at 1p ish.

Gall on your point about a disruptive BB., some moons ago I was invested in Tern and the BB descended into caos at peak ramp and expectations. A wise poster decided enough was enough and opened a thread on the free ProBoards for all real investors and it was brilliant.

I hope mentioning Tern is a good sign for my investment here, as I was in 2p ish and out at 48p...look at it now..

Thanks for that but i find it totally incredible that soneone should even think that LCM who are funding this too the tune of USD 13.6m have not done absolute due diligence.

As you have a good relationship with the CEO and myself with Victoria Bartlett at Allenby Capital may I suggest all sensible queries can be amswered.

I believe this is the same poster who dismissed my post regarding the number of tightly held shares shown on the website. Well they are still there no matter if they are I Is or IIs/Nominees. At my request to Victoria earlier this week it was confirmed that they are still there and within hours it was updated showing an increase in large holders.

Further to my message this morning I have been in contact with Victoria at Allenby Capital. I was suprised that this mornings RNS was relating to a large shareholder,not listed on the companies website.

I was assured that the company will update its website ,including any significant shareholders.

I was a huge bull and LTH of this compamy until a few months ago,then i lost confidence . It was the attitude of PG and the BOD disruption and yet another paid for investors update,that ended with drop in the SP..

I was holding a nice profit so i sold and put it into a dormant stock that is just started to burst into life.

I really enjoyed the banter on here,with really nice folk. So with that I do hope that 2025 is a better year and a happy Christmas to all.
