A few weeks ago I was looking for a value stock in the gold mining sector.Alhough the gold price has raced ahead it has not reflected in the true value of its miners but it surely will do shortly. This company stood out as a producer with an unbelievably low MC.

I will continue to add at these levels.

For sure I am a big fan and I continue to add. Its just those two phrases that is used by most companies. To conclude i think they are somewhat misleading.

As for this fund raise they needed cash so very pleased it is out of the way and we move forward after the overhang is cleared.

The word II covers a wide range from Warren Buffet to Bucket Shops. We all know who small AIM companies attract.

Oversubscribed is a term used all the time and in my experience and those who I know who do it more regularly,have never had their allocation reduced in an Oversubscribed situation.

We all know what these words mean and companies continue too use them.

I am in this for the long term so I did not register to be consideted for any fund raise with this company. Whilst objecting to the use of the above words,i would never complain about a fund raise,as its always possible to put your name forward to the Broker and take part.
