Further to my recent call to the Nomad the company's website has now been updated.

I think you miss my point,whilst I appreciate that they are nominee accounts, they whoever they are,have held for a reasonable time and those shares are in what you would call safe hands. Therefore at this moment in time the shares in circulation has been considerably reduced..Can you find any company with such a low MC that has that sort of list of significant holdings?

For me that is a real show of confidence .

I have been in touch with Victoria Barnett at Allenby Capital who after speaking to Prethera, assures me that the list is still valid and the company will alter the dates accordingly.

Unfortunately I am out at the moment at a karting centre but if you look at the companies website under investors,all will be revealed.

Good morning all

When I recently did my research on the company before I invested,I forgot to look at tight held shares by Institutional Investors, mainly due to the assumption that they didn't even look at companies below a £50M MC.

Whilst looking through the website this morning I was amazed to see the huge ammount of shares held by some quality I Is.

I find this enormously encouraging,or have I missed something and I am getting too excited.

Perhaps someone could explain the strange trading patter carried on from yesterday, as with each buy the Ask decreases.

Obviously the very high spread is not helping.

Good evening all, I had my daily modest top up.I have been doing that for some time. I think tomorrow's will be the last until news arrives. I hope to see some blue tomorrow,after the base building today.

Everything is positive and although i dont understand charts a friend who does, says it looks excellent..

Finally the low amount of shares in issue,coupled with a decent amount in tight hands., should move it along quickly on good news. The late 2 large buys allayed any fears of the SPs ask dropping,that a largish sell was being worked.

As I say...Could this be the one?

Is that the company with a claim in Poland?. I came across that in my research. To me its all positive with the icing on the cake being the CEOs executive package,totally aligned to investors.Something you don't see among greedy BODs.

To bring me to the keyboard after a long absence. Not since the heady days of TERN IN AT 2p ish and out at 48p has a stock stirred me until I came across this a couple of weeks ago. I have since bought modest ammounts daily and will continue on Monday.

Could this be the one ?????

I have been looking at this for months to get back in . However two things put me off. The recent update, once again did not mention revenues. Secondly TERN urgently requires cash and todays trading screams forward selling from a placing.

How strange I walked past the statue of the Great man in Bartow on Humber only an hour ago.

On a rare visit to this BB I note the content hasunk to even lower depths. Initially I didn't participate because of illness but recently like many others, it's the content

The problem has been solved on many other BBs by someone with a little time to spare to open a free account on ProBoards and participation is by invitation only. One BB that was suffering badly was TERN, now the real investors have proper conversations on the ups and Downs of the company.

Good afternoon to all and unlike many of you,I had never heard of this company,until the recent fund raise.
So at these levels I took a decent position ranging from 0.38 down to 0.31 ish.
I can imagine how you guys feel as I never thought it would drop below 0 30p.

Sorry I caught the send button. As I was saying I have suffered severe health problems and kept away from the BB.
On reflecting on some of the more recent comments, my only concern has been the markets reaction to each of the RNS .I cannot remember a blue reaction to any of them. My view is that each one has left the reader with doubts in their minds .
