Yet again our beloved Broker has raised in the scheme of things, a small amount of money for the company. In doing so they have destroyed share holder value,far beyond the dilution caused and pocketed a very tidy sum for doing so.
In my opinion the financial boards who oversee this bottom end of the market,need to have a look and create a more open and fairer system that all companies have to adhere too.
As I have said many times moving forward the company must be very careful in the appointment of a Broker/Nomad

Good morning GRH as I have said with this Broker and its placing record,it has been so easy to take profits and at the same time increase ones holding.

Great news ,the only downside is the expected drop to 15p it is very important that the SP does not drop below the placing price.

Could not agree more Joey. I have always said the weakest link of this company is its Broker,hence for my call for a very careful choice as Nomad.As a very long time investor I have utilises the use of flippers to my advantage. Sell some at the time of the announcement of a placing and buy back as the price inevitably fell back towards the placing price. This has enabled me not only to have a near free holding but also add a few more.

Lets hope we are one of the 1% and once the MC is over £50m

Thank you for asking about my well being. I should have had surgery today but had to postpone due to my wife having to spend a week in ICU with heart problems,after a routine hip replacement..Fortunately the surgeon is able to reschedule me in July. Best Regards. HT

Good afternoon to all, although i have great respect for all posters,i do feel that those who are supposedly spreading. doubt are getting to some of you. I am happy to see such posters,as they give me the satisfaction that i have picked a winner. I have never gone along with all the theories put forward about such posters,regarding being paid ect.What I do know that what ever is said the company and its investors will rise above it. Most investors do not spend time on BBs and would not be swayed by amything written on them.

Good afternoon to everyone and as i have stated many times ,this company needs to appoint a top class BrokerNomad to take this company forward beyond a MC of £50m and have the ability to attract real institutional investors. At the moment i doubt if any of the 10m shares fell into sticky hands . I. also read that a poster would have liked to have participated in the placing. Simple,just give the broker a ring and.ask to be registered for any future fund raise.
As for the broker note it has to be from an independent,to have maximum impact.

I have nothimg but admiration for the progress we are making My only ask, is that we appoint a Broker which is aligned to such a dynamic ,fast growing company.
