Andy , the trading volume was too low for that RNS . Maybe today Monday instead of Friday will see a pick up. The directors buying shares deserved a better response than emerged on Friday. I still fancy a Tr1 to be announced but as they say we shall see.

The LS policies can be cashed in for ANY reason that the policyholder require smoney......its the policyholder's choice.
They are not like most of our life policies , in the UK, which are payable on death only.
That is the major advantage of the LS policy compared to the Life Policy that probably you or I can take out.
It is an asset similar the an asset of a mortgage, in that you can sell when you want to and for, again, any reason.

Uncorrelated returns for institutions and fund managers has to be the way forward. ALGW have to get the loan off the lender and put that money to use. Signed contracts show the success and the revenue. Come GS and DS ... now is the time!!

The loan facility to come into play
BOAGF to build on the March Award from the very established, recognised and reputable BarclayHedge

Completely manipulated start to the day .... done for a reason ... Mark Ward further buying ? Gobind Sahney and director buying ? No reason is not an option for me !!
Could there be a takeover ? Could the company be sold ? .... why not ?
Tr1s tomorrow .. strong probability of yes
Speculation is rife and why not ?
Nothing is clear with GS but action will happen and quickly
The interim comment from GS was dated May 19th ... why did he wait to announce the Interims?
There seems more questions than clear cut answers

Gives a little food for thought..... have you thoughts to add?
Let's hope some degree of normality happens on the bell this morning .....

Definitely think that there is more to come from Mark (Michael ?) Ward....feels there could be a new impetus and possible direction change

Cheers Robbo, everyone makes mistakes. I agree with the hoping for positives but today saw a momentum change. This has been on the cards for a while, imo. The sustained higher price base of 1.5p, the BOAGF award from Barclay Hedge, the Tr1's and particularly the Mark Ward Increase to 4.18% are valid reasons.
Sentiment took a swing forward yesterday. There could be another Tr1 reading a comment elsewhere the news from GS is likely to have pending excitement to increase shareholder value.

Poor and slow start .... great ending .... seeing the Bid rise from 1.45p to 1.6p ... hoping the reason is the positive spin that GS gives to his news .... Great Day and more of them please

It's a sixth month report Robbo not the end of year ..... that doesn't finish until Aug 31st and reported in December

After the closing bell the Tr1 INCREASE is phenomenal news in a period of almost silence. Expectation is rekindled and it would be reasonable to suggest Mark Ward is knowledgeable of the company and where it's going. As the ADfvn poster wrote June could well be the month that Gobind Sahney rides into town with his saddlebags full. Moving forward. To increase his holding from 3.38 to 4.18 is brilliant ..... holding in excess of 8m shares !!

Bobby, maybe it's the sort if news GS should be telling the market in order to prevent the illusion of nothing is being done because no one in the U.K. Is ready. A "real" GS Update of company progress, through these awkward times, would sit fine by me. Everyday, at 7am the LSE is as full as ever of RNSs from companies whereby information is given out. A Corvid19 update would appeal, instead of silence . The business world has and never did stop. The ball is entirely in The pocket of GS.
Let's hope for an RNS possibly today or in the next few days. Let's hope thos rays of sunlight beam down on us again today. It was lovely yesterday .
