Many people have asked for 'evidence' regarding the starting point of the information. Particularly around the 'Symposium'. The link below shows that Danny Swick was scheduled to represent 'Oakhurst Longevity Fund LLP’ in March 2020 (not the 2019 one) . Oakhurst are owned by Gerald Kushner (Lido). When I initially emailed Gobind with a sort of 'WTF!' type email on the 16th June.

He responded very quickly stating that it's 'nothing to be concerned about' (i.e Danny isn't moonlighting) and 'It's a VERY positive indicator' about what is going on, ending the response with an all will be revealed in the forthcoming update type statement. Further in-depth research has revealed quite a few other factors that re-inforce the very strong likelihood of a big Joint Venture that will likely allow ALGW to utilise the Lido US-Wide wealth network to sell their diversified and uncorrelated fund to the vast wealth pools within the US. Kushner get's the diversity and alternative fund (also access to the UK markets), Alpha obviously get a massive boost which could see $25m a month into the fund, especially as the post-COVID volatility begins to take hold on the wealthy and the retail and stock markets take a hit. I think it’s a fair assumption that any Oakhurst ‘vehicle’would sit on top of BOAGF and act as a marketing layer. I know of a few people who have , since last week, approached Gobind on this and he HAS NOT DENIED IT.

I would envisage also that (if you’ve watched the youtube video I posted last week about Kushner) that could see some changes on the board too and maybe a better PR company with global reach such as Proactive as.

Remember, this has been on the table since last year and as the April update stated , January was a key point. It’s quite obvious now , in retrospect that this is what Gobind and Danny have been working a ‘150%’ on and why during the podcast they sounded so upbeat. Also, Gobind has been frustrated by the continual focus on the RCF (Remember he stated it wasn’t a priority at the AGM). I can see why now when this JV has been in the pipe’

After researching, I came across the ‘smoking gun’ of evidence that is going to be contained as part of the the next update. I presented the company with my finding and they confirmed it. This is not inside information, it’s actually out there already. The findings make for an exceedingly strong/certain case. Only GS will truly ratify this in his update. This is more than a theory.

This is massive for ALGW.

There is a strong likelihood, Alpha Growth, have negotiated a Joint Venture / Affiliation with Investment Management company 'Lido Advisors LLC’ in Los Angeles, headed up by well known West Coast financier, Gregory Kushner.

There is a strong l likelihood, Alpha Growth, are to run a Life Settlement / Longevity fund and leverage Lido’s huge US presence within the UHNW and extended wealth pool in the US. This is basically a COLOSSAL Managed Account opportunity.

Lido currently manage around $5bn in US funds (FUM/$AUM) and are looking to expand in to new areas as many of their funds are Real Estate orientated. Lido also have a very big network and infrastructure that Alpha will be able to utilise (14 Locations in US alone - Around 80 Employees), so the fund will act as a filter via the BOGAF tax efficiency model.

The deal (obviously no exact details just yet) ensures that the RCF is ‘no longer a priority’ , so read into that what you will but considering the RCF was up to $100m , it may give you a sense of the magnitude about what is about to announced. When GS decides to announce his news to the shareholders (and the market) then the roadway to Zak Mirs "chart thoughts " will be smoother and forward.

Remember Giles when you posted notes from the AGM and GS said that the RCF was not a priority, it was thought at the time that was a strange but we now know why ......its was the SMA introduction and the work with UHNWI and the likely Lido (and for an affiliation /JV)

I know that I have spoken of GS being late for "later this month / early July" but I am NOT unduly worried as there are changes happening. I am still convinced that there is large news on its way but held due by technicalities .
It would be ill advised to panic at this stage .
Big news is due.

The events of the hast few days have made for an interesting shake of the tree with many actions being taken by investors, traders and MMs but not the company. My time perception, from the email revelation of GS to some shareholders that was subsequently made public, is that he is late.. As for a pump and dump event I am not convinced it was truly like that as the days have provided a change of scenery opportunity for people to leave a long standing share for them into which they had become trapped or disinterested and an opportunity for others to top up or get into the share. For the record I have not been involved in any increase or decrease in my share allocation, either Wed of Thurs. The increased trading volume opened up the options for people and the shares and in hindsight I suspect many people were happy to be able to do what whatever they chose to do.... buy,sell or just stay put.
I have no regrets sharing research or even offering thoughts. I do not control other people's fingers and I certainly am not in a position to influence the market. I am a shareholder not a CEO/RNS writer or a MM. People make their own decisions and hopefully GS will have made his decision to post his update today.......from the June 17th GS email, kindly provided and on here to view (and other Boards) "late this month or early July" were his words. It could be that people bought and sold in on his words and their own thoughts of when the news would arrive!

Just a quick note about a very busy day yesterday, for me and the company. The recommendations and comments were taken on board. Many people came to me with there own research which supported and a few, which for obvious reasons cannot be shared, offered new.
I am very optimistic that the news when GS releases it will be great for the company to move forward even during our Corvid experiences. Clearly something happening in California for ALGW.
The trading volume yesterday was exceptional and final SP showed a small rise, as the Bulls and the Bears tangled. The Zak Mir inclusion in his daily Share Talk gave me additional pleasure with the new increased target of 4.5p. This is very very realistic in the short term.

Just Googled "algwplc website", chose the link that looked the usual one and it was the top one. The website opened up and worked fine. .... of course it is still a poor quality website, with its spelling mistakes, incomplete RNS list with the most up to date one being May 28th and it certainly is below the quality of an aspiring market leader.
May the next step in the development of the company will see this upgraded.

Thank you SBH for doing some research of your own. I always appreciate people researching. Indeed, the "Symposium" did form an actual part of my research pre June 17th. It was indicated that a very positive response would be included in the future and next update. Further personal research followed, until I decided to post today, July 8th. I have held on to this for 3 weeks plus.
As you say the final outcome of rtetoric is in the hands of GS, when he decides that the end of June/ earlyJuly is here, for the company announcement. We all should find this exciting.
My timing for the post today could and should not have affected any negotiations, because they will surely have been concluded.

Here are MY current views on ALGWs 3 focused strategies as per 27th April update.

BOAGF:
LS contracts continue to be available to buy and, as soon as the requisite finance is available, from whatever source, DS can close the deals. Unlikely to feature much in the update.

Warehouse Loan / Short Term Credit Facility:
This is on hold. The UK lender, the lawyers and GS, quite reasonably, consider it impossible to try and conduct what were all day face to face meetings, online. It’s just not practical to have people hanging on while some documentation that is not to hand in someone’s home is tracked down by another person also trying to work from home, neither of whom have access to the filing cabinets, physical or virtual, in a timely manner. Do not expect the update to say that this is a done deal.

SMA’s:
This is where the immediate future of ALGW lies. Finance is not needed, UHNW individuals are still very interested and GS is having face to face meetings in the US. These could feature in the update.

In addition:
GS has, on several occasions, mentioned that ‘changes are happening’. Exactly what these are I don’t know but he seems excited by the possibilities and these will likely be the main content of the update.
