Everyman and his dog seemed to post last night.
Last Friday' s machine posting followed by the "within 45 mins" RNS seems to have set the tone for this week. Bitter/Sweet.
The most pleasing aspect has to be Gareth's Break from silence about the 4 and 5 ply masks.
The most annoying aspect has been the senseless ( for investors ) RNS s from the BoD /SP Angel. They are pursuing their agenda with a vengeance because once this machine arrives on UK soil and the mask testing is ? the good news will prevail.
Large after trades Buys have come in each day this week suggesting someone is loading up, for sure.
There's RNSs may avert a raise but who knows???
Personally my shares are intact and will ride the storm and belief is with the mask concept, the machine, Volz, GC and Alex Vergopoulos, who is the business guru for this company now.
Let's see what today brings but nothing surprises me at the moment

This RMS BoD is an enigma and are capable of anything but are working in their own best interests imo.
When they have achieve whatever they are after they will re-promote the company, without negatives. The current BOD may well "leave" with a handsome package because manufacturing is not their business since TB et al are an Investment Group....they shuffle money around!
The testing will be sorted and in the meantime there is a need to take the rough with the smooth.
To all intents and puposes P2F is embarking on a whole new status of the "commercialisation of product" and rewards will come.
The testing is not a doom and gloom scenario and testing is always frought with glitches....thats why it is called testing!!
The BoD had no need to announce that RNS ...will they announce every other test? Why not announce Alex Vergopoulos?
In due course the good news will prevail and the shareholder value will not just increase it will soar.

The mask RNS is just a drawback to be solved.
Do not see it as an issue to lose belief.
The mask will prevail and it could be the companty will sell 4 PLY and 5PLY to different audiences.

The Spanish manufacturer LEMU GROUP mentioned for the first time. THEY WILL FEATURE AGAIN IN THE GROWTH PALNS OF P2F imo.

Factory Acceptance Testing of the machine is due to take place later today, alongside this testing there will also be a batch of masks produced for certification purposes. The mask is being certified to the EN14683 standard. WILL BE COMPLETED NOW.

Delivery of the machine to P2F's premises in Nottingham, is not now expected until 28th December 2020 at the earliest. Wow all the fuss over this !! ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY.

Commercial production starts January, AS ALWAYS PLANNED.

The VOLZ GROUP OF COMPANIES mentioned officially for the first time. Branches across Europe in Germany ,Slovakia and the UK. THIS GROUP OF COMPANIES WILL PROVIDE OUTSTANDING ADDITIONALMANUFACTURING CAPABILITY, OUTREACH AND REVENUE. Lets not forget the concept of the Nanotechnology layers in FILTERS in AIR CON SYSTEMS !!!!!!!!!!!

All certification will be completed in time for the January production.

Sales to be above production expectations. A GREAT SIGN.
I SUSPECT THE PRE-ORDER BOOK IS SUBSTANTIAL.

P2F is adding resources across production and sales in order to meet the challenges of establishing new production and developing the sales pipeline. EXPECT MORE MACHINES and an INCREASED SALES TEAM.

As at 10th December 2020 the Company had CASH of £706.5k and NO DEBT save for trade creditors.

No Mention of the major tie up as a NEW DIRECTOR of P2F in Alex Vergopoulos and his vast business experience to support Gareth, the use of FortOak's storage, contacts (including the NHS) the sales team and distribution network utilising their logistics.

Nice profile backing up the needs of P2F to generate sales and deliver and particularly like his links into the Middle and Far East and they do wear masks without fuss.

Gareth taken off the enquiries names....thats BRILLIANT because it tells me that he was NOT PART of the Friday RNS thereby declaring a disagreement maybe with some of the phrases of perceived negativity contained within.

First posting since Friday pm revelation.
35 pages since the working machine was put up for viewing and 135m shares traded to be down !!
Well well who would have thought that? I never..
Keep the faith despite TB and his agenda. It will come good and move to being great.
The new director with his skills, contacts and logistics company will become invaluable.
Volz will prove awesome and provide in roads to filtration systems across the world using nanotechnology.
The SP will rise for sure particularly as the revenue streams come on board.
I think the BoD of RMS will leave hopefully soon and without turbulence.
There is no need for a raise.
Keep researching and avoid the derampers at your peril.

There is no way the RNS was written in the time between the revelation of the machine and the time of posting the RNS.
Personally it will have been written in a draft form and may have been tweeked but for me the threats of the FCA are more the reason.
The positivity of the machine seen to be working and the pending shipment dismisses all sentiment of its non existence.
IT IS REAL AND IT WILL BE COMING TO NOTTINGHAM.

Personally I still do not trust TB and the directors of RMS (emphasising Gareth and Alex are not directors of RMS but are directors of Pharm2Farm) and I feel that they are trying to keep the price down. Why has Alex not been formally announced on what is an "Update on Pharn 2 Farm" ?
