Hi , as you higighted in your post, Intesa S. Paolo as arranger was appointed in Nov. 2021, therefore shariah fund should be ready soon to be placed in the market and raise capital, Cargo finance is there and will be a great source of deals for TFC and corporate clients for IM. What is missing from your message is the big potential to white label of Syme platform, something which I would not underestimate since, if partnered with the right banks, this can unlock $BL of transactions; I guess that fees for white label are much less than fees for direct IM, but this market really worth $BL and small fees x $BLs is as good as higher fees x direct IM and if Syme is able to place the platform as THE FinTech platform, white label, for inventory finance, this industry is already there with billions $ worth transactions per year and this is a game where first mover get the big cake and may become a brand.
If you put together the Sharia funds, TFC with DPW, the other funding routes in Europe, the white label potential, it is matter to wait and see which of these routes comes first and then the way is unlocked. I don't know which one will come first, but with all the preparation work they have made till today, one of these shall kick off soon. And when the platform is positioned on one of the routes above, whichever it will come first, I guess that many may relax a little.
