This morning ii has sent me an email requesting my vote for the EGM on the 4th August.

Look at both companies noted as ‘Greencastle Capital Ltd’ and ‘Greencastle TLE’ on companies house

Sefton has tried to dissolve both his Greencastle companies but the registrars have put a stop to this. For both the Greencastle companies it notes the following from 25/06::

‘Cause has been shown why the above company should not be struck off the registrar and accordingly the registrar is taking no further action under section 1000 of the companies act 2006 pursuant to the notice dated 24/06/2021’

Section 1000 essentially are the rules under which the company can be struck off. I assume these have not been met. Hence the above.

I reckon the major investor, who believe shot down the BOD's 'value enhancing copper' play from what we can see, could be about to make a move in some way or is hoovering up. Interesting to watch it play out.
In the meantime, I missed not topping up here on ORR below the 0.8 dip but delighted to see a blue day and long may in continue for us all. Time to put the kettle on for another final push up in the SP ahead of the w/e - where's JD?!

Thanks Hunniford. I think I’ll be in ORM longer than originally thought. However, I always believed ORR as a long term hold anyway and looking to add more in the coming days with the new ISA. We know we have lots of news dropping in the forthcoming weeks with drilling results. Let’s hope it’s positive! Strong sentiment today from some investors

Tell me about it Hunniford - I'm 60% down on Ormonde Mining where Tim is on the board. I have a 'good' holding here too and down 30%.

I thought the following was interesting under 'Further Details' on the RNS. This is why the further holes are so important:

A second interval of 1m grading 0.67 g/t Au was returned from 71.15m (54.50m true depth) from a zone of weak alteration and quartz veining. Whilst mineralisation was intersected at the expected depth, the grades were not reflective of the 1m wide and 2m wide veins observed at surface that had returned 35.86 g/t Au and 2.54 g/t Au respectively. This suggests that the higher-grade ore shoot could have changed orientation slightly and so, following interpretation of these results, further holes are currently being planned to test the extension of this zone later in the programme.

What’s your thinking behind that ivans? There is no positive news, no RNS, so nothing from the BOD to tempt me to top up. Communication from the company is appalling. SP down again today. No surprises .
