MrP I’m in KOD and have been for 3 years. It’s great to see it finally taking off. It’s my highest holding now in capital terms but I have a far higher holding of shares in ORR. I sold out of PREM about 4 weeks ago and between KOD and ORR.

Having been in ORR for over two years and hit the high of 1.7 and then averaged down all the way back now to 0.19 I’m hoping for great things. The fundamentals are all here and to play for. We know the BOD are frustrated with the share price, believing it’s far too low compared to where they believe we should be.. Your point re number of shares issued v KOD is extremely valid. Once this share moves it goes very quickly.

Well I’d hope so Kutzz and I hope we get there ;)

Ah - share price improving and MrP is back!

VernetLes - that’s very similar to my theory. I reckon the loan is potentially a plan B to underwrite confidence, giving comfort to investors, potential JV partners and the market that no further placings are needed in the near future. We carry on drilling well into the future and add to the great results the company have already drilled to date. It also helps with any negotiations the BOD may be having.

We know further results are due in the v near future/forthcoming weeks to escalate our JORC resource. Tim and Bob have already eluded to where that may hit. Bob also believes we should be x10 higher today than where we currently sit (see recent video). Once these results are out potential JV investors the BOD been talking with (perhaps post recent SA visit) will have the confidence to step forward. That’s not to mention Tim’s previous history and great contacts for potential JV anyway.

Kutzz - with a £100m mcap I’d be over the moon!

With no reported sales, I can't believe the buys today haven't shifted the price up at all....

Ha! I noticed that yesterday too Cekim - completely illogical.
Guys I share your frustration but clearly a number of us have significant holdings and need to wait it out. No point in speculating any further its not great for the mind. The BOD suggest they read these boards so will clearly see the sentiment and know what they need to do.
Out of interest I was researching the Elephant Oil IPO this morning but there is still no clear date when that will be listed.

Likewise Reedy96. I sold my PREM holdings this week, had them for 3 years but Kodal has always been my largest holding and I've been topping that up over last few days. Hopefully I'm right to do so but anticipating an exciting month ahead for Kodal.

Long term holders let’s have some positivity on what we do know…

I reviewed the recent video again with Tim and Bob. If you scroll to about 6.35 in to about 8.50 it’s interesting to note the following and that’s why I’ve felt confident to top over last few weeks:

Management clearly focusing on Cameroon, first mover, new frontier etc. some great results so far and more news to come..

Bob compares us to Chesser Resources and notes their share price is x 10 higher than ours and believes we should be same level (if not higher). Good to know what he’s aiming for!

IAMGOLD and Managem deal is anticipated to conclude early in third quarter 2023. We’ll then know where we are in this.

Turkey court case. Bob notes ‘it’s a given’ having already received $75,000 in 2019 and balance of $425,000 + costs+interest due.

The board know what they need to do to increase share price and have stated they are regularly receiving approaches. JV seems to be their preferred option rather than diluting the share price. After all they stand to benefit having taken salary sacrifices in shares at a higher share price.

We know historically how quickly this share price moves on positive news.

Kutzz I like the analogy we are a volcano waiting to explode… (with lots more Gold hopefully!!)

Clearly we need more news and preferably a major backer coming in.

Does not make sense.
I’ve topped up a few times over the last month and each time my buys have been noted in red noting a supposed sale. The the bid and purchase price has been much closer than the noted spread too so perhaps the algorithm can’t work it out…. Essentially it’s been low 0.12s to sell and high 0.12s to buy and from that you can roughly work out the buys and sells despite none of them turning blue. On that basis there seems to be have been a far greater number of buys v sells over the last 2 weeks.

I hope we are all correct in keeping the faith. I've just pushed my holding into 8 figures.
