Anyone else spotted the 24 m buy for £230k yesterday lunchtime? Just enjoying that one, and along comes a 5m digestif.

What does ‘expected early next week’ actually mean mean? An RNS with drilling info to be released 0800 Colorado time on a Friday? Not the 0800 UK time Tuesday most of us had in mind given traditional use of English language.

I do wish that - all - AIM outfits fully understood the only hook investors can easily grasp is what we are fed through RNS. A poorly worded one here, a grossly optimistic view there and suddenly all faith and trust is lost.

They can do better and should.

Your contextual observation is well made; Mr Bishop had approx 55million shares so today's news of adding a further 2% is, arguably, small beer. That holding, now 56m, is just shy of £500k today and he has seen the valuation jump £250k in the past 10 days alone. Not small beer. Suppose some long, long-awaited news gives us momentum towards to the 2p of his purchase from 8 years ago, or even the 2.6p of Jul 2021, then he is into brewery territory! I am reading this £8k purchase as a signal to the rest of us that there may be better times ahead and we may soon get enough recovery in the sp to buy a 6 pack to celebrate with him. Cheers!

Mr Bishop is clearly betting very confidently that the next 8 days will see a significant piece of news. I share his optimism.

Anything to support the headline of a 16% fall? Leak ahead of gloom? Or a leak ahead of licence-ahoy?

If we triple bag from today’s price, then I’ll be more or less breaking even. Fingers crossed.

The book building was due to close on Weds 9th Oct and here we are into Monday 14th with no update. I hope someone can produce a well-spun RNS accounting for the fundraising results and the delay in notification.

No retail offer, but exisiting shareholders can join in through a broker-broker deal so I have just looked at the numbers. My take (and very happy to be corrected, if done politely!):

If you share the Board's optimism, and assume a share price of >1.5p in say 6 months time, then the placing gives you a 20% locked in profit when you exercise the warrants. Plus the 50% profit on the placing share itself, from 1p to 1.5p. If you have the cash now to join the placing and then another chunk to exercise the warrants in due course, the returns seem pretty good , I think. IF the price goes up...

And the book building is to complete on Fri 4th Oct , so we will have an RNS with confirmation of the raise on Monday 7th. Ideally it could be Fri 4th or Thurs or even tomorrow if the take up is as we would all wish.

Anyone else got thoughts on the two RNS out today? They seem to me to show serious self-belief in achieving the short/medium term success that underpins a placing at a premium share price and in the issue of warrants at a further premium. Finally, for Catalyse to offer a loan (albeit at 15%) also shows external corporate support too. Just need the MTUP…

The link below shows that 16th October has become important as the new date for Blue Star to get their next 5 development wells approved by Colorado authorities. I don’t know how long after the hearing the result is made available. Clearly, the news will have a direct effect on HE1.

How much of the Mining Licence application is going to be available publicly? Is it all commercial-in-confidence and therefore all we will hear is that it has been submitted? Or will there be more underlying data, analysis, estimates and forecasts visible to us all?

What is the timelag between a (hopefully very) successful EWT and actually getting in any revenue? Either generically or on an expected basis specifically for He1?

AIM very often rewards miners (minerals, oil, gasses, whatever) who make stonking discoveries with plummeting share prices in the immediate aftermath of an announcement because the timelines are now laid out and so the fast money spins off to somewhere with a perceived chance of a quicker return. The 'jam tomorrow that lies underground' is of course good to have quantified, and the increased and derisked company MC is also a boon, but the SP is not automatically tied to good news.

I have no doubt some people will make much money in the ramp up towards EWT results, and also in the much longer term as He1 moves into production - following the inevitable fundraising required for that capex. But short/medium term profit will still require astute awareness and understanding of the market. I am in the long term camp because I am not clever enough to second guess everyone else!

Jerseycrew - I was nearly right! A strong bounce up from Friday’s sudden drop, even if we have not (yet) seen the accompanying order I predicted.

Mind you I predicted the right score , just the wrong way round for last night too😔.

Hmm. 8% spread on a sudden 12% fall. In a day or two I reckon ( hope!) we will see evidence of a huuuge buy order being constructed around now. If that were to prove to be the case, the assumption would have to be it is related to the upcoming JV arrangements.
