DRB83, my opinion is that the 2nd well and sales RNS will be shared as a combined announcement later this week. That's the immediate hedge covered (and a bit more).

The company will likely suggest the sidetrack, which secures the future hedge volumes but also some lovely gas to sell at the elavated rate, will spud a month or so after steady flow has been confirmed (based on the original 'plan'' when first gas was June/July. Given the timeline of getting the site up and running, I anticipate it to take a little longer but there will be a hard timeline identified once we know what the initial 2 wells are consistently delivering.

I agree Bob, hence why I'm sitting tight but these things are never linear. A rising share price is great but will trigger selling.

Patience is even more key now than it was whilst waiting for the RNS last week!

Everyone will have their price and many are in significant profit already. You can't blame them for banking some of it.

I'd like to slice myself but given the pace we are going up and the news about to land, I haven't taken the plunge as yet. I'll be watching keenly and taking out my original investment when the time is right.

The "there is no gas", "there must be a massive problem" and the "the so called experts don't know what they are doing" all proved to be incorrect so let's try another avenue.

When a share goes up like this has, it is inevitable that there will be a load of selling. It matters not to us as we are waiting for bigger things to happen.

It's a good point Sage. The detractors have been very vocal about ANGS being lucky because of the price of gas being so high but fail to mention how unlucky we were with the price of gas when the hedge was negotiated. Maybe an element of poor negotiating and we perhaps should've tried to secure a deal for a percentage of the unit price at any point but it's not entirely lucky for ANGS. Swings and roundabouts eh?

It is pretty annoying that all of our profit here will just go back to the energy companies! It is going to be a tough winter for many.
