2m usd converted to Gbp @1.2 @.12pshare =13.8million shares.

I don’t recall ever seeing a TR1 for geo which leads me to believe they have been selling their holding as they go. They do have to pay wages and overheads, I very much doubt they are sat on unlimited amounts of cash to allow them to hold payment as stock everywhere they work.

Also looks like Geo-drill stopped selling.

Does drilling generate any cash, in terms of the samples that are sent for testing? What happens to the gold once it has been sent to the lab for testing. Is there any significant value in these sort of volumes or not?

Anyone with experience, any idea how far off we are from som JORC resource estimates... or are we going to have to wait for the whole of the Ghana license area(s) to have to be proved before anything is released to the market?

Where would the cash come from to pay the bonuses if the valuation of the company rises before we have any revenue?

That is a Very clear and detailed prospectus outlining exactly what’s on offer here. Let’s hope it reaches further than the 10 or so people present at the last presentation.

Can any one confirm if there is a specific link between the goulamina resource identified in the presentation slides, and our assets? Is that the board hinting that they believe we will have something on that kind of scale/ quality once all of the results are back? Or is just a coincidence that it’s there?
