61p early doors... no RNS, and MM's drop it to mid-50's... traders come in and buy, pushing it back beyond the 65/68p range... still no RNS, and it's trundles around the 58-65p, lunchtime lull, and 55p again is seen.. but not for long, hard bought... then afternoon, and the buyers come out, pushing it to the 70p+ region on anticipation of RNS after hours or 7AM... That's my day sorted in lockdown!! :)

And their granny will attempt to buy in here tomorrow on any weakness... for the inevitable rerate once the consortium announces the final product!! It's coming.. I think most agree on that... so I might topup again, if I get the chance. :) GLA.

The consortium is not going away overnight! The RNS will come... that everyone wants... and people will be scrambling to get back in again!! Keep your nerve... AIM is a cesspit of financial debauchery... but fun? ;)

A care home about 500m from my home has lost 20 residents to COVID.. Its still very bad and anything that helps us all, like this, is good imo. Holding.. And may topup. GLA.

Basically, in a nutshell, that is correct Millario, although it's not quite as simple as all that in reality. It should be.. but there have been many obstacles placed in the way of AST. We applied for two permits.. the IPPC and the stimulation permits. The IPPC was granted, which would allow us to build a gas processing plant (at a cost of 10m euro back in the day!) to feed the gas into the Slovenian grid. However, if we cannot get the gas out of the ground, by well stimulation of the development field plan that CH had done... it's useless really! pg-10 and pg-11a, the producing wells, slowly declined, delivering less and less gas on a daily basis... until the revenue barely covered the daily costs! Getting said stimulation permits, would open up the field to massive production upgrade potential... and revenue would be much greater, as would the SP! We live in hope... :)

So... the OPS update is out... read it five times, and frankly, I don't know what it all means? Are they saying we got the wrong location, and we need to drill elsewhere to find out? I see they blame it all on PMO.. which is obvious! :)

Share mentioned a lot on here this morning.. Is now heading RED.. So chasing rainbows is not always the best policy. I topped up here today. Have faith they will deliver.. GLA.

Not quite the funding package I hoped for. Sadly, I think it's going to be a very tough road to survival here. Placing at 0.15 shows how bad things are. Hopefully, next year will be better. GLA.

I hope they don't go to the maximum, as stated in the dilution section of the prospectus from March when the shares were restored to trading.. it's quite a lot if they did:

The Proposals will result in the issue of up to a maximum number of 30,000,000,000 New Ordinary
Shares and the admission of up to a maximum number of 31,223,750,000 New Ordinary Shares
(representing, in aggregate, approximately 98 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital if the
maximum number of New Ordinary Shares are issued and Admitted under the Previous Financing
Agreement, Deed of Issuance and the Financing Agreement).

800m shares for 80k... that's 0.01. Wow... it's going to be hit hard with the selling I guess... don't like this finance arrangement at all, only really good for the fund, who will triple their money!!
