39.65p to sell presently... sadly, the 40p placees will not be making much profit... in fact, losing money! Hopefully... anyone holding will be able to sell for much higher in the future!! :) GLA.

Unfortunately, George Roach is the fundamental issue IMO... it has had some good assets, and prospects at one time - but I fear he has effed most up, and feathered his own nest, at the expense of SH's. If he'd gone a long time ago (resigned, retired etc.) and a new BOD/CEO had been installed - I don't think it would be down here! GR's reputation/ability is toxic :)

Up today on my holding here... at just over 41p... seems like a reasonable price, quite close to placing, with plenty of potential upside to come. Of course, not the best last few weeks... but hopefully with the placing out the way, and orders hopefully coming in... will move Northwards. We will see! :) GLA.

Case for UKOG at the moment is hard to find. Nightmare results today, coupled with a CEO who issues shares like confetti? Unfortunately, the Hh2z result should have been announced before now. All round, very bad really.

Agreed, it's very corrupt... but in fairness, David Sefton and John Quinlan have played an absolute blinder here.. for them anyway! For any other investor... it's carnage! From the day DS stated he'd set the "floor" at 0.4 with EHGOS... it's been downhill all the way. He contrived a death spiral funding package that is beyond anything I have really seen before... it's indescribable in it's deathness and spiralness!! :) Miracles needed to save us all.

I don't think JQ or his fellow directors have any morals what-so-ever. They have taken hundreds of thousands from this so-called company, with many more thousands to come. Never invested a penny back. They have also been feeding hand-in-glove with the biggest shyster on AIM, namely David Sefton! Catastrophic for the investors... great for them. They won't kill the Golden Goose... not yet anyway! :)

Indeed. Likely to be a while.. But if they do pull off the proposed deals.. I don't think it will come back at 6p?? Boom or Bust..hopefully the former! Locked in now to see anyway.

Is 0.011 on the bid, and 0.0114 on the ask... so perilously close to the 0.01 boundary... needs a hit of news of gargantuan proportions to propel it away from the danger zone!! :)

Help but think this is going sub 0.01 unfortunately... the amount of selling required, to offload the billions of fund shares being forward sold, is immense, so the MM's will have nowhere else to go but down... interesting when it does go under, what the conversion factor will be - presumably 90% of VWAP, but we will see? GLA.

Will be desperate to offload while it's still above 0.01... Expect it to increase sales.

There is indeed value... but the lack of positive/any newsflow is a little concerning? Should be due an update on developments... I hold some here myself, but am underwater at these levels, so need a break to the upside! :)

Presumably, a lot of the big, rounded sales belong to EHGOS... selling millions at any price really whilst it's still above 0.01 (their conversion price). They do have 1.7 billion this time, so will take a little time to offload all those!! Beggars belief they are getting 0.01 to convert? That is not what was indicated in the prospectus. Downward pressure if they hurry to offload will be immense. Sadly, cannot see any end to this short term... without revenue coming in! GLA.

Anyone watch the Turner Pope investor evening featuring ICON from about 9 months ago... with John Quinlan? I watched it again the other week... priceless! He's pitching to get investment, from the poor saps at the event. Think the price at the time... was around 0.32 or so. Anyone who believed him, and invested money, would be desperately down by now. This EHGOS funding mechanism is a means to make the BOD money and pay their wages, for as long as it lasts... it seems that way anyway. DS would be proud of it :)

Believe they have committed to draw down a minimum of £2m overall under this finance arrangement.. which will result in pretty severe dilution! Somewhere in the 25-30 billion range I guess. Unless they find additional revenue in the meantime to offset the fund... they will inevitably dilute this to oblivion.

Back in... with an eye-watering 1.7 BILLION shares to offload this time... gulp! :( Going to be some downward pressure for a while...
