Yes - I was thinking about OTT... they must be pretty miffed if they do own 5.7bn of these? So, will they intervene and save it - in some way, to save themselves? It's going to be intriguing.. Are a really dodgy bunch of techie individuals... they never really cared about this business, just wanted to get a regular wage coming in (£200k/pa each!). They were aided and abetted by David Sefton... the puppet master! They have all now gone. Maybe - this company can be reconfigured now, and saved... by new owners? We shall see. Don't think it's finished yet.. on life support for now... but there will be some twists and turns upcoming IMO. GLA.

Just swung by before retiring for the night... see what's occurring. I see the sellers (Monty, Chris137 etc.) are spouting their diatribe about we're all doomed? That is their right - this is a public forum, and they can change their minds? Personally, don't believe that with all the entities involved here in this deal, that it would/could/should end badly for us? Alexei had personal reasons for selling - but he scuppered any sentiment! So, we have to wait and see. I am holding, and topping up as I go... as I still believe there is significant upside. Each to their own though. GLA.

Of course - this was the pitch for investment when it was converting from Widecells to Iconic, but somewhat ironically... the SP at this time was around 0.3 (with no zeros before the three!), so if you'd invested £10k at this point... well, you'd be a down a little? Maybe they can turn it around. Who knows?

Nothing has changed in my book... except the trading range is presently 26-28p instead of 28-30p? Still represents good value, based on what we know is in the ground. Offers on the table... either a full sale, or JV with multiple companies! Not sure what else to say really? Hold, and we shall be rewarded IMO. If it stays this low until mid-February, I will be topping up... again! :) GLA.

I did try to find that on the London stock exchange.. Couldn't find it. Nor on investigate either. No RNS at 4.02pm. Maybe it comes from somewhere else??

Fathom, how an advisor to the board, in a multi-billion dollar deal... is allowed to sell 27m shares?? Surely... that's insider trading, if he knows bad news is coming? If he doesn't - why sell now? Makes little sense to me. Still holding... but nervous now! Let's see what the coming days bring... RUM NEEDED!! :)

At 32p here now... feel comfortable that whatever the deal being hammered out.. the final Sale Price will be more than this - possibly much, much more!! A no-sale (or JV) seems unlikely at this stage. So.. as an investment on AIM, this seems as good as it gets! Assuming they close out this deal.. looking forward to the end result soon!! :) GLA.
