Fully agree. He voted for the delist. Presumably, he would hope to get an offer away cheaply, if the price is below prospective value... which clearly it is. Cheeky really :)

Company is worth far more than the 2/3p being offered now... so, if you're higher up in price terms, I'd personally hold for a future liquidity event... whatever that may be! Sure to be better off then. May take a while... but probably worth the risk? GLA.

Like a very complicated transaction.. So not really surprised there is a delay in the paperwork.. Procedural imo.. Should work itself out shortly.

Very strange price action... out of nowhere! Either they take it back up... or something sinister has leaked!! :)

Nearly 30%... on no news? Feels like a MM raid for some shares... Plenty buying down here! GLA.

It isn't EHGOS... so it's positive in my eyes!! :) Hate that fund with a passion... parasites! Hopefully, if they are gone, then ICON can try to recover some value for the (very) long suffering shareholders!! GLA.

Interesting Development! Acquiring 18+% of the company... for what purpose? Will surely be more updates here soon. GLA.

The campaign group against development, seem pleased with the councillors!!

Another day closer... agree with Gecko, it's really frustrating, and you need an iron will to hold, whilst other shares are moving up/getting news!! :) Personally, I am not selling any... as I just know, the moment I go elsewhere for a spell, this will rocket to extraordinary heights... such is my luck! Still confident of a sale... holding in this range gives the opportunity to acquire more before the FSP result, so I bought a few more today which have been added to my small, humble pot! DW did a raise last January at 1.1p, which turned out to be well timed.. As the SP dropped dramatically on the results.. Hopefully it might be different this time.. Need to find some commercial oil. GLA..
