5p was the opening post-consolidation price... down to about 2p at the lows in the weeks following... but it ticked up a little on Cuba, but not much confirmed there. The main rise has been on hopes of Slovenia settling the dispute amicably and a big dollop of cash appearing (possibly for Cuba!), which now won't happen before Arbitration. Would expect this back in the 6-7p region, until more clarity is provided in all areas? IMO of course.

Unfortunate... but not unexpected... by many anyway! Those of us who have been involved with AST for years, know how the Slovenian's operate... they are sly, underhand and devious! Simply delay, delay and delay again. This will drag on for YEARS, if they keep it going. Hopefully, they will achieve something... but we shall see! GLA.

No... been there before... it's on my watchlist, but didn't have any involvement this time. Shame, it could be a good company.. except for CEO George running it appallingly! He's bound to place on the back of the rise... so it may be worth waiting to see how it pans out now before jumping in. I'm staying put in EUA... it's where I feel most value lies... :)

Lamstree - that argument doesn't wash? If they want 6 billion... and the best offer is 3 billion... what would they still be doing in the FSP - and who would they be talking too? I mean, they'd have called it months ago, if that was the case IMO. In my view... offers of the requisite amount (either full sale or partial) have been agreed in principle. Just hammering out the finer details now. IMO of course! GLA.
