Womga I agree with what you say about Morocco. This was the project that was announced on the day of an AGM and is an NDA agreement!!

If all 4 do not happen I think we all have to agree this is shocking management when we were only given this timetable about 4 weeks ago.

I agree with you Wonga just No 3 to be completed. We were originally told the 4 stroke testing would be complete in September but that was suddenly moved to Q4/21 with no explanation of the delay.

Yes 46G it will be a retake of the IMC if there is no news before the AGM. i am sure MK will be asked why he told us at the IMC the fuel production for Morocco was imminent and then a few weeks later an RNS stated it was being planned. You cannot mislead shareholders like that.

Another month finishes and still no material news on any of our projects. It is only 20 working days until the AGM and I would not be surprised if we still have no news. If that is the case MK is going to get one hell of a sending off at the AGM.

The documentary basically stated that Shell are not doing what they are saying to make it a cleaner planet. They made a rather comical advert regarding this and played it on a big screen outside the Shell HQ in London.

I watched the CH4 documentary on Shell. Great tv and very damaging for them.

We may need to make a bigger cake.

Tomorrow will be the one year anniversary of the Morocco pilot trial completion. Will you be celebrating ?

Q26: In the Proactive Interview from June 202o, that features Mike Kirk clarifying the arrangement we had with Valkor to run a trial in Utah. (After Tomco’s RNS blooper) Mike states that the subsequent RNS that Quadrise released was to clarify what the agreements were and that they were that the relationship was with Valkor and Quadrise would provide them with a license to use Quadrises IP in Utah with Valkors partners. With all the chopping and changing by Valkor, Tomco and Greenfield. Who do we have that agreement with now? Has is changed at all? Are we tied in to Valkor or can we approach Petroteq to work with them in parallel?

The agreement is with Greenfield and this is now wholly owned by Tomco - in which Valkor now has a significant equity option. We have an excellent relationship with Tomco and Valkor and see no benefit in approaching Petroteq directly as our immediate focus is on in-situ down-hole production and supply opportunities for bioMSAR and MSAR.

If we get a trial with Mexico it will be huge. The SP would rocket that's for sure.

When they announce the LONO trial agreement with MSC i am sure this will have a significant impact on the SP.

I am not aware of Quadrise being involved in cement. Perhaps something for the future.

Why the interest in cement ?

The timing of getting the fuel for the Morocco contract start and the fuel for the LONO is approximately the same. As some
have alluded to this would suggest a refiner has stated once a contract has been agreed we will produce the fuel. Cepsa
would be the ideal location for the fuel production.

Yes, it was signed in Q3'21.

Q51: If we got a commercial contract in Mexico, is it likely to be on a tolling basis rather than licensing mode, and would Freepoint Commodities be a probable partner? Would the Mexican government be happy with foreign companies investing in their refineries like this? The current direction of a lot of their policies seems to be the exact opposite - protectionism.

To be determined, but likely yes. In terms of partners, our preference would be a local partner, if possible, which would address the requirements of the current government.,

Q52: Regarding the project in Panama with power generators, would these end users be using an imported MSAR from other countries (e.g. Mexico, Ecuador), since I don't believe that Panama has its own operational refinery? Did this lead come from our partners at Energy & Petroleum Consultants?
