It's a shame Younes will not get his 10m warrants unless a miracle happens .Under the agreement :

A second tranche of 10 million warrants will be awarded upon signature of contracts, by no later than 31 December 2022, enabling a commercial MSAR® project in Morocco. On vesting, these warrants may be exercised at any time until 5 March 2024, at which point they expire.

I haven't seen any posts stating they are expecting signed contracts on boxing day. You must of read them from another forum!!!!!

I don't expect them in the next 10 days as Quadtise never deliver.

From the AGM statement :

· bioMSAR™, bioMSAR Zero & RDI - Tes ting of glycerine-based bioMSAR™ in relation to the MSC project has been successfully completed by Wärtsilä and affiliates at test facilities in Italy. Final test reports are expected before the end of 2022. Aquafuel diesel engine testing on bioMSAR ™ and other fuel and biofuel formulations to support the new Quadrise Blend-on-Board solution is also scheduled to be completed before the end of the year.

We have 10 working days left for this year with the QFI office closing for Xmas. Lets hope there is some substantial news. We have been here many times before and not got that expected news before xmas.

Maersk will have a new CEO. Søren Skou is leaving the post and will be replaced by Vincent Clerc.

I doubt he held any stock just like Mark Whittle never did until he was appointed a director and got options.

If that is the case you would think staying a few more months so on your CV you could add 'bringing a new green fuel to commercial revenues ' would be a rational move.

He didn't seem to achieve much in his nearly 7 years but perhaps that is not down to him.

In the final results RNS issued on 3rd Ocvtober we were told this :

'The MSAR® fuel for this test has now been manufactured and is being delivered to Morocco, with bioMSAR™ following imminently.'

At the AGM on 25th November we were told the fuel has been in customs in Morocco for a few weeks.

I wonder if the fuel in customs is MSAR and Biomsar is still imminent (nearly 2 months later)

It look's like after a long trip to Tongo it then goes to Ghana which takes up the remaining part of 2022. The plan for dry docking this year looks like it is out of the window.
